Beautiful Timer for Android
This is the first timer I've found that doesn't stop if rebooting my phone. For someone who resets this timer several times throughout the day to remind myself when to eat, that's a huge thing. This app has been a life saver, is simple to use and so far has not let me down! Thank you!
Overall pretty good but have bought full version and find it lacks an overview of all running timers. A workaround is to keep notification tray pulled down but this isn't ideal. The widget should show this also. Second, it's way too easy to delete a running timer- one tap in the wrong place on the screen and your timing's gone with no request for confirmation.... Thanks, -Tom
It's got bugs in the Pro version which despite having notified the dev about, persist. The saving of timers is ropey: if one saves a timer which already exists, the result is that one ends up with two timers with the same name. If you save a timer using a different ring tone, next time it is used it will use the default to ring tone. Change the default ring tone, and the ring tone of saved timers changes to the new default. Sometimes though, it works correctly.
I've been looking for a good app to keep multiple timers going during debate rounds, and this one does the job really well while being stylish at the same time. I'm a bit upset that I had to pay $2 to get multiple presets, but at the end of the day I'm glad the developer is being supported.
Yeah it's beautiful and fancy, and I'm quite happy with the free version, but once started, this app is always listed among the running apps. No way to simply stop it. Get out of my way until I need you again.
Love it and it works great but needs a reset button back to the time set without starting immediately. I noticed that when I hit the reset, it'll start counting down immediately. I'd prefer if it just simply reset to the time I inputted without the auto start counting. Do that, and I'll give it 5 stars. Thanks!
Nice, clear, simple timer--does everything I want (multiple timers, presets) and very little that I don't. The only thing that would make it better is an easy way to add custom sounds. I'm sure there must be a way, but I haven't found it.
I up graded to the premium app so I would be able view the timer on the lock screen! It doesn't work on the lg g5 from Verizon. If this is fixed I'll adjust to 5 stars!
I hate it when an app can't even get the basics right. Whenever I guess who into preferences and click test the app crashes. I get a dialog box that says "Unfortunately, Beautiful Timer has stopped."
First off, this app is a huge battery hog, it will cut your battery life almost in half. If you turn on vibrate, your Phone keeps vibrating even after the timer has finished, only way to stop it is force-closing the app. Buttons don't work on the lock screen interface, and the app is constantly crashing.
Works well, no annoying ads popping up. Love the way it's designed. Basic features are free, pay only if you need advanced features. This should be the way all apps are done. I'd certainly pay when I need more advanced features.
I needed a timer that could do at least 48 hours. For some dumb reason no other timers, not even my stock HTC would do more than 9-12 hours. I bought the pro version. 2 things I'd like to see are option to have the timer pop up in notifications near the end of the timer. I like to keep my notification slider/bar with as little clutter as possible. Second would be color options but I can live without.
Widget disappears from screen after first use making the quick preset option useless. Have to uninstall & reinstall every time I want to use the widget. Pain in the arse.
I loved this app soooooooo much. Purchased the option....Still have not received it. E-mailed then 2x. Have waited abt 1 1/2 weeks & still no response. Major disappointment......
The developer is excellent at responding to emails. GUI it's well designed. System monitor shows 80 - 90 percent CPU usage. Constant errors where I have to reselect the pro version.
It's really annoying that you can't mute the alarm, no matter what I do it still makes noise. Other than that it's a good app.
love the design. really. I just wish it worked.. could be something regarding android 5.1, though. but that doesn't help me, unfortunately. hope it works for you guys!
I gave up on this app despite it being good for two main reasons: 1) lack of a 0% volume option, making it useless for presentations and speeches, something it would work awesome for! 2) it keeps running in the background no matter what, even if you kill the task! WHY?
Great looking and good value. "Set timer" field needs a little tweak because H and M figures just dont fit vertically - needs a fix to make it actually "beautiful". It crashed fairly often on my Samsung S5 but it doesn't anymore because I dropped the phone and a taxi went over it. Upgraded to Motorola Moto G and now its fine.
Originally downloaded this because to run on my Moto 360 watch! Love the app but when I do public speaking I don't want to conspicuously take the phone with me to the podium, but a smartwatch with a countdown/stopwatch timer WOULD BE PERFECT! Many of my business associates would pay premium for an app like this that is simply a countdown timer that runs on a smart watch. I have not found ANYONE who makes a digital timer with large numbers that occupy the entire screen and stays lit until it is turned off. How hard would this be?
Overall I am very happy with this app's design and function. It's far better than any other timer I've tried. I use it for timing tea, meditation, naps and other productivity-related tasks. Sometimes the alarm keeps vibrating after I hit Dismiss and I have to shut down the entire app manually, but I can live with that. UPDATE - the vibration malfunction seems to be fixed! Super happy now!
Although I have the PRO version, it still occasionally prompts me to buy the PRO version. Fortunately, no transaction takes place. Seems to happen when I have 4 or more timers running and try to start another one. The preset timers are great, but it would be really great if you could reduce the preset time using the same set buttons that are available to add time to a preset. Useful when you have taken a 6 hour med and did not remember to start the preset timer until 10 minutes later. A silent alarm would also be useful, but if I had to choose, I would prefer to be able to adjust a preset timer down as well as up. Otherwise, it does what it says it will do, and does it well.
Love this app to death! One of the ONLY apps out there that will allow you to have multiple timers running at the same time. The only quirk I have with this app is that after paying for it, to unlock all the goodies that come along with doing so, if I do no have internet connectivity it fails to realize that I have the "paid version" and if I go to save a new timer I just created it tells me that I cannot because I should "buy the pro version". Also you can't seem to select a audio file to use as the alarm, it just has the predefined list of stock sounds. I'm not sure why this is, or if it is something I am doing wrong. Hats off to this beautiful app tho regardless, I applaud the fact that something like this still exists out there in the vast Play Store landscape. Keep up the good work DEVS!
Looks OK but how do you reset a stopped timer!! Must be basic functionality but certainly not obvious from the UI
Thank you for designing such a thorough timer app. I'm a chef and I constantly need several timers going simultaneously with labels and your app, as you say, does it beautifully. Well worth the fee to have unlimited timer capability, which i gladly paid to support your company. I recommend your app to all my chef associates. Thank you again and keep up the good work!
Tried all kinds of timers, this one is awesome. It's a no mess timer and easy to use, try it you'll love it! Update : the sound won't shut off when canceling or when it reaches its 0 mark, even when you acknowledge it. You have to force close the app, what happened?
Need this to do my exercises for my vertigo. It's very easy to use, loud and helpful, thank you.

This is a great app, it has a nice interface, the multi-timer function is handy and the alarm is very reliable. Unfortunately, there's an annoying bug that keeps asking me to purchase a license (which I already did), turning off all my timers in the process. When I hit "purchase" it lets me use multiple timers again. This may not sound like a big deal, but it basically renders the multi-timer function useless as it's too unreliable, ruining an otherwise perfect app.
Even goes off while I'm on the phone which is necessary because I like to fall asleep on the phone.
The timer is great; I bought the full version, and now I've got unlimited timers I can set simultaneously. But one thing that bugs me is that I can't change the alarm sound, which the developer really needs to work on. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.
I'd like to be able to add a widget for a specific timer. Also, it runs in the background all day and stays in the notification bar. Even when I kill it in task manager, it remains until I force stop. Samsung S5.

I thought it might be a okay timer but U have to pay for more than 1 timer BIG FAIL!!
I love that I can have and save multiple timers and choose my own alarm sound. But, with a recent update I see two problems: If you don't dismiss the alarm right away the vibration with continue after dismissal which leads to more actions to try and get the app closed. Also, the alarm sound now stops after about 15 seconds whether it's dismissed or not. (Although the vibration continues). It use to keep repeating until you dismissed it. Fixes would be welcomed.
I went through tens of timer apps looking for one that is good for speaking at conferences. Here is why it is great (and one bug and one proposed improvement): *) It's big and the pie gives a visual reference to how much time is left. *) It counts up after the timer goes off - so I can see how much over time I am. *) It has visual notification so that when I try to mute all sound / vibration it shows me clearly when I'm over time. *) It prevents the screen from timing out (although there is no setting for this - so I had to experiment to make sure that was happening. *) You can pause it - this is only used during practice when I need to pause to make some notes or change things - but it's great that I don't need a different app to practice with pausing. BUG: when I pick the ringtone "Silent" it still plays some default tune. Silent Feature: The notification volume only goes down to "25%" - would like a silent option as I only wish to have visual notification since I am at the podium speaking. 25% is quiet enough to use it anyway - but silent would be better. Pause feature: Tapping the numbers should toggle pause resume like many other timers.
Haven't tried the pro version, but the free one is really good. The timer / alarm that came on my phone stopped working because of another app. Most of the other timer apps make you slide around a clock to set the time, which is ridiculous. This one lets you type in the time. Being able to save timers is handy. The only thing I'd change is for it not to reset to zero when the timer is done. I often want to use the same interval over and over. But a saved timer makes that not too painful. It's attractive too
This app was great, efficient and good looking. So I bought it. Now I'm being bombarded with crapware notifications. It's very annoying but I can understand, if it was the free version. But after buying the paid version, the crapware notifications continue. Do not buy this app, there is absolutely NO REASON.
When I minimize the app then reopen it, sometimes there's a random timer I didn't set and when I cancel that one - my original timer closes instead. Please fix. I use Galaxy S4. Pretty graphics though. Thanks for listening.

Why does this timer need to start at boot?, there is no reason for it. I removed it from boot but somehow this app still tends to start itself to run in the background when not using. Also will not play any other sound files just the five Crappy ones that comes in the default list and the downside to that us those sound files are too quiet. Other apps can play any just not this one.
