GokovaWind presents live wind data like speed and direction directly from the center of the Kite/surfing beach spot (Gokova Kite Beach / Turkey).
It also provides the user with information about temperature and air pressure. It also shows the max. wind and temperature values per day and calculates the average value of the windspeed for the last 10 minutes.
The anemometer is located at the Gökova Kite Beach from April till November and will be installed at and send the information from the center of Gökova-Akyaka village from November till April.
Any kind of your feedback is welcome in order to make this App more effective and fun.

No weather info coming in from there. Better you check online for GOKOVA webcams.

Nice little app. Gokova has a thermal wind regime and complex aerology so regular weather forecast or windguru like apps are useless. This actually gives the wind as it is on the kite beach with an average long enough to be meaningful to a Kiter. I can enjoy lazy mornings in the hotel and only head for the beach when the wind actually pick up :)
