Still does not work at all with lifespan treadmill. The app crashes Everytime you resume from background. The time it takes to get any changes into this app is pitiful. The fact that these changes don't improve anything is pathetic. 1 star is too kind to this app. The only way it could be worse is if it stole my personal data or caused my phone to explode.

Horrible app. It will no longer sync. The company will also not send a password reset and the reset password does not work online. So now I have lost access to all my data, too. The company will feed you a line the programmers are unavailable. Terrible app and service.

Often difficult to sync and never records the time of activity, just distance, calories, etc. Contacted customer support and showed them a screen shot from my app showing a day's worth of activity with zero associated time. They said that was a manual entry with no time entered (not the case). Verified by looking at my synced data online showing weeks worth of activity, all with zero time (not possible).

The app tries to do a bunch of stuff and fails at all of it (plus it requires intrusive permissions). Save yourself the frustration and enter the numbers from the walkstation into Google Fit manually.

Barely works if it does at all. Not very useful to manage my workoutz

Does not sync reliably with TR7000i treadmill. Lost all workout information.

Without a doubt, the worst app that I have ever tried! Will not sync with treadmill, crashes every new day. Don't download it!

Crashes every time I reopen it on a new day. Takes ages to show data. Gets distance units wrong, so my treadmill says I've walked 5 km (it's set to metric) but after syncing the app says I've walked 8 km (which is 5 miles). Also, the latest update doesn't show my time walked anymore, and it reset my unit preferences to English.

Was confusing at first, but the problem was user error, better instructions would have been nice. Works every time now!

So annoyed. I bought this treadmill desk specifically for the Bluetooth app sync feature. My note 5 says it's syncing but nothing shows up on the app. So annoyed

Just plain doesn't work. The treadmill is nice though. If you are upgrading just for the bluetooth feature though, save your money.

The app crashes during BT sync. Worked ok, through Sunday 10/30/16. Tried several times today after work, including rebooting the phone.

Can't sync my phone with my treadmill. App keeps crashing.

I really wish they would make it so that I can customize my calendar for my work week. And that the calendar recognized what day it was. I had being in the hole each week.

Can't use it, the login won't allow registration. All those steps... gone.

Created/Enrolled for an account and still can't login

app does not recognize my login. tried resetting password. tried creating new account. tied email address. tried last name. tips in manual direct you to nonexistent faq. come on... get it together.

Mar 22, 2015 update fixed crashes. Kudos to the support team that responded to my email within hours earlier this week.

Very cumbersome and inaccurate. Ok when it works but there's no way to fix when it doesn't. You can't manually enter information in a way that's consistent with the app and you lose data during the sync process. I like the treadmill but the app is sub-par

I have the Tr1200-DT5 desk. Tried numerous times to get it to sync with my Note 5. Unpaired then repaired. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still won't sync. So basically pointless at this point. Even tried to pair outside the app and keep getting connection rejected by lifespan as the error.

Where's the auto-sync? Auto-detect? REAL app (not just a website)? Try again!

Works, unpaired and repair to get Bluetooth working if not working after upgrade.

App crashes on sync

This version crashes while syncing with the device. Makes the app completely useless. This used to work before.

Update: The new version allows the treadmill to sync with my phone and it elegantly integrates into Google Fit. Nice UI. Per Customer Support Today in regard to, after bluetooth pairing, device does not appear in app.... "It looks like there is a small bug with the software at this time, and the developers are working aggressively to fix it. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA at this time. I sincerely apologize about the inconvenience." Oddly, despite the connectivity with the device not working, the app integrates with Google Fit. Which, if it worked, is really neat! I have a Nexus 6p which seems to also have bluetooth connectivity issues with Tile, maybe it's on the Nexus 6p.

App worked for 2 days and now won't sync again. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, removed device, paired it again, etc. My new treadmill seems unable to ever connect to phone again. (Samsung Note 4 KitKat)

Can't login on my Samsung tablet and my Samsung Galaxy S4 won't Bluetooth with the treadmill . Paid 70 for something that doesn't work.

App's mode of operating is crazy frustrating. Have to freshly open app, set bluetooth on treadmill, make sure it syncs, stop treadmill, sync before resetting. Then if you get on later, you've got to do it all over again. I use my Lifespan while working all day at my desk, so I stop & start frequently. Trying to fiddle with the app & the treadmill constantly takes up a lot of time. Why can't it just record while I'm on the treadmill, or have the treadmill plug in directly to my phone?

App works as expected. Issue with Android 6.0 and Nexus phones fixed :)

Here are the main qualms i have with it: Syncing data is not at all intuitive, the user interface is mewhhh, and the data provided is really really basic. The only reason it is getting 2 stars is bc it seems to be syncing.

On android 6 with nexus 6p it no longer detects treadmill. Half the time I've had this treadmill there's some random bug with this app that makes the Bluetooth sync feature useless!

Shaping up to be a really quality app. The latest version is considerably more stable than the previous iterations. Better syncing, more reliable, faster data pulling. Really attractive user interface that's easily navigated and some cool data views that I've never seen in other fitness/activity tracking apps. Captures my treadmill desk data and conveniently lets me enter manual data, which is a plus. I wish that I could disable the in-app popups and that I could be a little more specific in what I choose to share socially. But that might be something that gets improved as time goes on, the updates for this one have come out pretty regularly.

Easy way to keep track of my activities however my phone is a little older so I am having trouble connecting at times but works great on my tablet.
