Arthritis Symptom Tracker

Arthritis Symptom Tracker was designed and developed by someone who actually suffers from Psoriatic Arthritis. After experiencing difficulty explaining the disease progression since the last visit; it was apparent that some record was needed to help the physician with their treatment. It progressed over time from written notes to a spreadsheet to the current app.

The app allows for logging symptoms such as joint pain, back pain, tendons, psoriasis, swelling, fatigue, stress, attitude, diet, exercise, weather, medications and rest and show how each are affected over time by assigning a score to each entry. One can enter symptoms by morning, noon, afternoon, evening and night or as often as they wish. A history of entries is available for you to show your physical so they can determine how the many factors effect your condition and treat it accordingly.
