Got an email with my sign in details but the app won't recognize it. "Forget password" tool doesn't work either. Not helpful.

This application allows me to access a digital copy of my Hawaii Magazine subscription. In addition, non-subscribers can purchase single issues as needed. Very useful!

As someone on Georgia, I was hoping to read about Hawaii. However, I would have to spend close to $5 for each and every online issue available. I should have paid more attention to other reviews. In the end, all I saw was a price tag.

I'm very disappointed in this offering. I expected a companion app for the magazine. What I got was an opportunity to buy the digital version of my subscription at $4.99 per copy. REALLY? I already paid to subscribe. Why do I need to sign in? I guess to be ripped off and fingered as a sucker. Thanks for a 5 minute waste of time loading and unloading your app. :-( I would give 0 stars but it wasn't possible.

I downloaded this onto my Samsung Note 8. I tap on it and it it wants my subscription information. I've been a subscriber to Hawaii Magazine for a dozen or so years now. so I check my magazine label, enter it in the required fields and then I see that it "loads the folio". I see a bunch of magazine covers in the so called "folio". All the magazines have a "buy" button next to them. I tap on them and nothing happens. NOTHING! What does this application do? If I'm a paper subscriber, can I view the digital issues at all? At the bottom left, there's an icon that means a bunch of items. I tap that, and I see all the magazine issues. I tap the "Buy" button and I get a "No Internet Connection. Please check your network connection and try again" I know that this is BS because I'm streaming online music at the same time. I am also browsing a website at the same time. So....what does this application do?
