Ran a small mission in a field to see how it would work. Took 3 min of hangi g in the sky doing nothing before it decided to fly the mission. And the end. Not one photo was taken...so whats the point...if it doesnt work. Ran on a Hauwei Mate 8 with DJI Mavic Pro

Please please PLEASE update your app so that there is a polygon drawing tool option there for us to be able to create whatever shaped map we need, instead of being stuck with a 4-sided box, which covers so much unnecessary area and wasted battery. Also, if you had the pause/resume option to continue on for larger maps with multiple battery missions, then your app would be worthy of 10 stars! So long as it worked, unlike every other app I've tried. Until then, I can't use your app either.. :/

Amazing photogrammetry tool! I appreciate the new 3DR Solo support. Currently it seems mission runs ignore camera settings as it still goes to 90 degrees and does not turn to face path. Otherwise really great.

The double grid didn't work with a P4P on Android or iPad. It hung up on camera setting, so it couldn't upload the mission. It also faulted on the F position, when it should have detected the P position.

Where is the kml kmz import as shown on the pix4d capture website ? Where is polygonal flights ? These options are shown for Android on the website but are not in the app ???

Love the app and ease of use for setting up patterns for mapping, but the 150m distance away limit is killing me.. Please make that limit larger than that please!

I don't understand all the bad reviews, some clearly not related to this app. I've been using pix4d for over a year now and it has improved A LOT! There are other ways to gather your data but none is as time efficient as this app. Support is also top notch, with new dji drones added within weeks from there launch!

Pix4d crash with DJI GO so drone become disconnected in Go app. Error message is (innit map: error) drone disconnected in DJI Go. I need both app please fix. phantom 4 drone

Some issues with connection t and retrictions

This app doesn't work with the Mavic Pro since the drone is lacking autofocus. All images come out blurry, especially if the terrain has large elevation variations.

After creating a 3D mission, this firmware will not connect to my Phantom 3 Advanced. It is also a complicated software to use. The instructions on the website are full of nonsense boring irrelevant lectures. It is an expensive software too, at $39.00/month; you have exactly 15 days to try it for free. I uninstall it from my device.

the images produced in app counts 100 (for example), but the reality is only 50. why this happens? and the overlaps are not consistent. pls help me

Very Good. But if I start in P mode, then move to F mode while app is open it does not do the mission. I have to shut down my phone and restart to stop the mission, abort does not do it. If I need to take manual control to land I have to do the same thing.

After an app update/s the Pix4D Capture is extremely buggy and horrible to use on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. almost every single mission will not complete, instead it returns, lands but still takes imagery until I have to Abort. Sometimes this works, most times not. About 50% of the time it doesn't complete, most of the images captured are not stored. I have to literally restart my phone after every single mission due to hanging on the Abort, mission then not being able to be resumed, cannot delete mission as it is frozen and every other Force Stop, app close etc method fails to fix the problem. Having to restart my phone every single mission (mostly failed missions) is very onerous, takes up more time than the actual mission would take and has me extremely frustrated. Considering the cost of the Pix4D software, this should NOT happen. The camera also fails to trigger ~30% of the time, DJI+Ctr app crashes ~20% of the time. The app when originally installed ~10 days ago worked fine with a couple of minor hickups. This new version is riddled with bugs rendering the app almost unusable. It has cost me a lot of time and money for very little productivity. More stars if fixed

Just started to use this apps on my android phone. The satellite image is blackened when zoom to the mission grid. But the road map is normal. Can you advise how to solve this problem? Besides that, IPhone 5C can support this apps on Phantom 4? Thanks.

I can connect to the Maverick via my S7. It won't let me change setting from S to P. I have turned it to P on drone but application still sees it as S. And won't launch. Any ideas?

The quality of the map is very low in certain areas in Malaysia.. Cannot see very clearly the area that i want to do mapping compare to google maps which is much higher in quality.. I will be so happy only if i can change the map from Mapbox to Google Maps

Where are the photos after grid mission? I use dji phantom 3 standard. It's no image on my SD card... Is every single photo must be saved on cloud and we never have have a back up on SD card?

We use this software for flight planning and 3D survey to calculate model. Phantom 4 pro got the best sensor, it would be great to have support for this drone too.
