I can't get the band and app to link up via bluetooth, I have tried 10 times! So I can't even use the band except as a fancy pedometer. I can't even use it as a watch/pedometer because the time is wrong because it sets the time via your mobile device and my mobile device can't connect! Went to their website and there's no contact button or way to ask a question. The help button just takes you to their manual which is no help in my situation!
Unable to create an account. The only function it performed during the account creation process was to successfully recognize the Bluetooth connection to the band. It was downhill from there. The App was unable to verify my email address despite making multiple attempts. It kept repeating a "check Internet connection" error message. Useless. I guess I'll just put it back in its box until I get around to sending it to the Island of Broken Toys.
I haven't been able to login for 2-3 days. For some reason it seems to think that it cannot connect to anything. I am unable to set up a new account, use the forgot password utility, and unable to send a "trouble ticket". Prior to this issue, I have had a lot of trouble syncing for the last couple of weeks. Before that it wasn't bad. It seems like something happened to cause this major issue.
App would not use my Internet on the phone to connect and login. Checked settings, they're good, checked Internet connection it was good. Uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled app, same problem. Went to website for support, no email available. Used help section on site, they're support program is not working! Don't waste your money!
Unable to login to my existing account. Forgot password is not functioning ("Failed to send request for password reset!" message pop's up). Tried for support with "Other Account Issue" option, hard luck didn't work. I have no clue on what to be done with my pivotal band now. Please look into these app issues.
At least I have a fairly decent scale, but have to track my weight manually. Had an account on my other phone, but can no longer log in. No support, no password reset. Zero stars and two frowny faces
The syncs 30% off the time, and when it does it clears it's alarm. I vastly suspect it's as much to do with poor hardware. The ui is quite literally the most overly clunky and ugly hi I've had the misfortune to use. The entire business needs a refreshing.
Not only does the band randomly reset on an almost daily basis, but the app does not work. I have only been able to successfully sync my band once using this app. If you contact the company to request a refund, they will give you the run around and ultimately refuse. DON'T BUY!
Terrible. Unable to check if email is taken? Please check if internet is available? My internet is working just fine. I know it's a pretty cheap watch but really? This kind of service is just terrible. I don't mind paying say 20-30 more for say a fit bit. Shouldn't have skimped on a cheap health tracker.
I used to use this app a year ago and it worked for the most part. Now it no longer can can connect. Everything says failedfor logging in, making new account and getting email for lost password. I think this app is long gone from working correctly anymore. Time to step up to a better band.
I love my Pivitol Living. I've had it for almost a year now, and still functions well. I don't like going a day without it. However, I have troubles syncing it at night. I wait till I'm about to go to bed (or around 1130) to sync it so all my steps are tracked. Some nights my band won't sync. No matter how long I try. And then all my steps go to waste. Please fix this.
This app was deplorable before but now it just repeats "multiple errors have occurred." Your app is absolutely terrible. It's now been a month since it worked properly. This product is garbage. I'm fortunate that it was free. How you stay in business is baffling.
The scale sounded like a great idea. It doesn't display body fat and the app won't go past the email check screen. It complains about my internet connect that seems to work just fine for everything else on my phone. Without the features promised, I may as well have a cheap scale from Walmart. Don't waste your time. Also, half of their webpages aren't registered anymore. Don't bother looking for support.
The website said that pivotal corporation was shut down due to legal reasons, so since this app is part of pivotal corpartion it servers and most functions are unable to work. Even with this, if you already own the watch you can sync the watches time with your phone or device and manually write down your total steps every evening.
Normally works great. But I haven't been able to log in, reset the time on the watch, or log any data for 2 weeks. I get that it's cheap, but it's a waste of money if it doesn't work. At this point I've given away $15. Fix it or offer refunds, seriously.
I never had an problems before, but now it takes forever to sync. The app can never seem to find my band. I only sync 1-2 times a day and now its not picking up my sleep cycle...why??? Not too happy about this update.
I had no problems using it the first 3 days but after that it wouldn't sync to the app and the band would randomly reset throughout the day losing the data and time on the watch. Very disappointed.
Syncing problem. I've deleted the app and reinstalled to see if it works. It didn't work. It shows on my phone's as if the battery is dead but the band is fully charged. The time on the band it's wrong too.
The time is constantly wrong (by hours) on the band. You can't use the app at all when you're offline (even with Bluetooth enabled). If I could give this 0 stars, I would.
I like it at first. You know it was cheap do I put up with stuff. Even got the scale. But slowly every thing stopped. Now I can't even log in to see what's going on with my scale. So it's pretty much a big waste of money. I could have gotten the same thing at Walmart fir 15 dollars sad. They had real potential.
Syncs when it wants to tried 12 times to day won't sync. My friends have different Fitbit their apps at least work and sync by themselves
My app worked good for a few months, now it won't let me sign in, request password or anything. Everything says failed. This was supposed to be used for my work wellness program. I can no longer access my account. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck.
What's the point of having the band if the app doesn't work? I haven't been able to log in for a few days. I keep getting some stupid error message even after I updated the app.
My band is useless now, even though I got a new phone. It worked with the old app. This company completely ghosted all of its customers!!!!
Cannot create an account, saying i need to check my Internet connection. I have connection, i also tried using wifi instead of mobile, same error. What a waste!
It just stopped working. The app won't login and when I try to login or even create a new account it says it can't recognize or confirm my email address...... haven't been able to use my band in over a week now
Had the band since last June, never had any issues. Suddenly 2 months ago I can no longer log in. Additionally , it "can't" send a password reset to my email. Even better I can't set up a new account because it "can't check to see if that email is in use". So now I am stuck with a band with a useless app. Looks like it will be going in the trash.
You guys have a bright future ahead of you and your team I think you should make more bands and I know that you will pass fitbit bands keep up the good work and I'm only 9
Its 15 for a watch and cool app. Nice. I just wish the watch looked sleeker, nicer, more expensive. I wouldn't mind paying $25-45 for a fitness tracker that looked more elegant. The watch should have a design like the scale: sleek and techy. The scale is great. For some reason it doesn't calculate my lean bod mass but all other features work well. Sometimes it doesn't sync to the app right away so i have to troubleshoot it but it works soon after.
I have the scale and the band. If I sync the app with the scale, syncing the band afterwards replaces the weight from the scale with yesterday's weight. Adding hydration after syncing the scale will also replace the synced weight with yesterday's. Today I synced the band, added hydration, then synced the scale. Everything was fine but now 4 hours later the app has yesterday's weight again. Love the scale but frustrated with the app.
Love it! The syncing works perfectly fine with my HTC One M9. Very happy with the price and quality. $12 beats $100 by far
You guys need to do some serious quality testing. You rolled out too early and you've never gotten it right. App has never synced properly and data is constantly lost. Horrible. I was pulling for you, but my patience has worn thin. Why do I have to keep changing the time on my band?
I just got my pivotal in the mail after waiting for it on back order since before Christmas and now it won't sync to the stupid app!! I'm so beyond frustrated!!! What do I need to do to get this problem fixed??????? 1 STAR until FIXED!!!!
Band says 3939 steps. Synced to app, lost over 1000 steps. Band still says 3939. Hate the new syncing. Update: device will not sync anymore after 20+ tries. Very upset.
I have had the band for about 2 months. Worked fine the first week but then started going downhill. Problems syncing almost daily(band wouldnt reconize and time was always wrong) and now it won't even take a charge or try to turn on. Tried all the recommended steps to fix and none would last. It just sits useless. Not worth the time and money until they get better software and hardware.

A process that should take 2 minutes tops - syncing the app to my band before I go to sleep at night - regularly takes 10 minutes of excruciating, in-depth tech support (all on my end, as the support page refused to acknowledge that such issues exist). Tonight, I have had to uninstall and reinstall the entire app, and I still can't sign in, as this app is suddenly the only thing on my entire phone which refuses to recognise the internet as being a thing. I deeply regret having recommended this product ever.
My Device and Band are once again synchronized without any problems Thank you support staff for finding and fixing the bug so quickly. They worked with me through email and was able to find and fix the bug in the app. Now I am back enjoying my band so once again thanks.
Syncing is not great this time. I liked it better before the update. Still have trouble with it. Go back to the world sync button fix please.

I quit on the contraption after my password wouldn't work, the "forgot password" function didn't work, the "send report" didn't work, apparently they don't have a website, soooooo.... Thanks but no thanks. Would have given it another chance but i draw the line at "don't have a website" update : downgraded to 1* because, and i quote the auto email, "Thank you again for reaching out to our Member Support Team, and for taking an additional step to help our team provide you with exceptional service."
