Rock에 대한 고정관념을 깨뜨리는 새로운 장르인 '뉴 웨이브 락'의 정규 1집 [Outer Space]발매. 2009년에 데뷔해 2010년 EBS 스페이스공감 '8월의 헬로루키'와 2012년 1월 올레뮤직 인디어워드의 '이달의 루키'에 선정되며 신예밴드로서 주목을 받았던 밴드 '더 유나이티드93'. 그들이 그간 '더 유나이티드93'으로서의 활동을 종료하고 2013년, 새로운 팀명 'Post Panic (포스트패닉)'으로 정규 1집 [Outer Space]를 발표했다. Post Panic (포스트패닉)은 '더 유나이티드93'으로 선보였던 전작의 강렬하고 생동감 넘치는 에너지는 그대로 유지하되 더욱 탄탄하고 트렌디한 사운드를 구현해 내기 위해 오랜 기간 여러 번의 시도와 실패를 거듭했으며, 그 결과 한층 넓어진 음악적 스팩트럼과 뚜렷한 정체성이 담긴 '뉴 웨이브 락' 장르의 정규 1집 [Outer Space]를 완성하게 되었다.

또한 기존 자체 프로듀싱 시스템에서 슈퍼키드의 멤버 '헤비포터'와의 공동 프로듀서로 작업을 진행 하는 등 앨범의 완성도를 높이기 위한 과감한 시도를 아끼지 않았다. [Outer Space]의 시작을 알리는 첫 번째 트랙 "1,2,3 Alive"는 '우리가 지금 당신을 데리러 간다'는 메시지의 곡으로 곡을 전반적으로 이끌고 있는 동양적인 멜로디와 웅장한 느낌의 도입부가 돋보이는 트랙이다. 몽환적인 느낌의 Interlude에 이은 다음 곡 "Dance On The Razor"는 '면도날 위에서 춤춘다'는 곡의 제목과 같이 날카롭고 공격적인 사운드의 느낌을 최대한 표현하기 위해 여러 번의 수정을 통해 완성 된 곡이며, 마치 청중들 앞에서 스피치를 하는 듯한 네 번째 곡 "Breaking The Law"는 댄서블한 사운드와 유니크한 편곡의 절묘한 조합으로 탄생되었다.
