Pipedrive – Sales CRM

It's easy to customise and make it your own. Also good for tracking your teams performance. A bit pricey but easy to use.

I use pipedrive for work on my computer. I love it.. Yet the app is giving me tons of problems and i cant get any of my info. Something is wrong

Great CRM, one thing that I need badly is have authority matrix for each pipeline, meaning, I have division heads and staff , I want only each division to look at his pipeline , not others.

I am begging you guys to add landscape to this app so I can use it on my tablet. THANK you

I didnt even know it was a trial until I got an email saying my trial ends tomorrow. I have no clue how much I have to pay. Not very transparent are my thoughts.

Works great on my phone, but wish I could seen the actual pipeline on my tablet. Then I would give it 5 stars and excellent review.

So far I'm super impressed, downloaded 4 other CRM's and this one was for me!

No doubt one of the best CRM apps (both web and android app). However there are web features that are missing from the app. The live dashboard is the web feature that I use most of the time. Looking forward to this key feature soon.

The best CRM for SMBs out there....

Buggy and laggy, but a nice idea. I find when I try to update tasks for example due dates, the app hangs for about 5 seconds then it either fails to update and does nothing or sometimes works ok. A shame becuase if it worked it would be great!

Would really like to see lists for contacts, deals and organizations. Also activities need to have priority setting.

The sync part is very buggy and not updated. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get the latest updates.

The app is very good!

Without landscape mode, the app is pretty usless on a tablet. Pretty much every tablet keyboard is designed with the tablet in landscape mode. PLEASE - support landscape. Until then, don't download, you will be very disappointed

No landscape view. Unable to make status changes on records. Help menu for mobile lacking.

App seems to operate ok but doesn't allow you to input customised fields. I.e. I added custom fields which are needed to be captured but they don't display on the mobile interface.

I feel I have to input each and every detail of people manually. There must be synchronisation with Contacts for the people detail. If there is any feature then please let me know.

Great for my real estate business.

One of the main features that I want to use is on your desktop version but not the mobile one. That is to search for an address for a company using Google maps. On the mobile app I actually have to type of the address manually which is a massive chore. So I am just using the desktop app for adding companies. Please please please add this basic feature

Having some issues seeing contacts, deals, and organizations. The wheel just keeps spinning like it's updating constantly. This makes life difficult when on the road. When I search for a certain person that I know is in my contact list, it says "person not found". For reference - I Uninstalled and reinstalled because no database had synced since June.

On the phone - Crashes, battery drain, changes currency & won't update some deals. Getting better.

We run a cloud based business and Pipedrive is by far the best CRM in terms of usability, design and time to implement. Both the iOS and Android apps are great and there is total buy-in from all our users. Great job guys. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

I might be missing it but I can't see a section to access email through the app?

This is going to be a big help.

I've been using pipedrive for over an year now. It really keeps you on top of every deal and actionable. Managing an entire team and measuring the outcome has become so easy :)

Very great app it's user friendly. I love that I can click on a contact call them and it logs the call. I have used a lot of CRM being in Real Estate this has been the best one for me.

Very user friendly, easy to use and very powerful. Helpful customer service/support as well. Would highly recommend.

Doesn't crash on start any more. Just on opening deals and contacts. Pretty useless!
