Compass Plus

Make sure you hold phone away from your body AND make sure you wiggle, shake and move the phone first to get a accurate reading. The figure 8 pattern doesn't seem to always work. I've downloaded several and this one seems to be pretty accurate when compared to a quality old fashion compass. I have a Galaxy note 4.

Major problem is that it keeps telling my phone is infected, and it is certainly not and I do have Antivirus running which is paid for. Can this ad be stopped?

The Compass Plus app works exactly as expected. I first used it at the oceanfront in Virginia Beach, VA (U.S.) as an aid to spotting the rising "Blue Moon" on July 31st, 2015. If there was a "digital" display with glowing tick marks around the dial, like an old Radium wristwatch, that would be cool! Nice work!

Needle does not change fro m north independent of which direction I face

Doesn't show directions correctly, shows all direction at one side

Kept pointing to West no matter what.

Stay and still seem not moving at all.

I really enjoy this ap and have not found any trouble with it. Very easy to use and I would recommend it.

Maybe just my phone but it's sometimes accurate and sometimes off by 45 degrees or more , I have calibrated it . still makes no difference.

Works fine with no issues. More personalization options would be nice but not necessary for a perfect rating - only a perfectly working app!

Would be 5 stars without the ads. Works like it is described and intended. Best compass I have used on my phone.

You need to shake it a bit at the start， but the result is pretty accurate.

I felt that this would be an ideal App and come in very handy. I'm not sure whether it provides a good direction though. I realised also that you must be away from any Metallic items overhead, especially being in a car. Willjams

This is a good app. I like it for its simplicity and its true north and all is good. Higly recommend

It's of no use, as all the time have to compare it with the traditional ones to get the exact directions. Waste of time.

North is any where you rotate phone. This is on a galaxy s5

This compass works, has only the necessary configuration options & doesn't access any unnecessary data on the phone. This app is great :).

So easy to use any and meathead can not screw up this tool for navigation!

Seems to be very accurate for my use in Amateur Radio antenna calibrations.

Simple and easy to use. Just fine for that odd occasion.

Dont Work its sideways when I have my phone in landscape. No gps sync nice display.

Prefer other compass with a crosshair on camera background for distant objects. This app even has nagging ads in the settings panel.
