PinPoint Rewards

Not sure why, but when I pull up my reward and "Tap to Redeem", the barcode won't auto rotate to a landscape view. It's fine if I'm with my husband because I pull it up on his phone, but it's a real hassle when we're not.

I have tried several times over the past couple weeks to create an account. After entering ALL of the information I get an error message. So frustrating

A number of times and now I want to throw my phone

After horrible customer service experiences I do not trust this company with my information. They also make it impossible to close your account.

Have been using this app for 2 years now. I have never had any problems with the app. It's a great way to save money and try new places.

I have tried at least 3 times and I cannot click "next" on the first "join now" screen to set up an account.

I've saved so much money. The rewards are great. Have not had any problems with the app.

Was a great service until the new updated app. Can't load it. I have several rewards that are waiting to be used and I have gone to several places to eat without being able to collect points in the last month. Guess it was good while it was lasted but I'm over it now.

Pinpoints let's me try new places and save money while doing so! It's awesome!! I haven't had any issues with the app, and the new searches make it even easier to use.

Need to update but not sure how otherwise love this app

Can't please everyone but the new version is much better then the old! Much more user friendly. Great job!

Terrible app won't let you redeem your points until next day so dont go to family fun center and spend any money they won't give u any rewards until next day. who goes to those places next day for rewards strait stupid. Then the customer service for the app is bullshi they basically told me go f my self I'll get my points next day. Wow losers.

I just opened the app looking for a place to eat and did a search. Good search features. I looked at one item and did the back arrow and my search was reset to default!! I had to reenter the search parameters to see another location

Love this app. My wife gets impatient with me because I won't decide where to go until I've look through my rewards. Complaining about a free app that gives you free and discounted food/services shows how entitled people have become.

Awesome app, great rewards

No major issues. The ap gets very slow when you have a low signal and can freeze. That is not necessarily the ap's fault. Rather, the issue is with the service provider not having great signal quality. The ap is very useful and the discounts do accumulate very quickly. I do have one complaint however. Many restaurants will not allow the use of the discounts on evenings when'kids eat free'. You should be able to use the discounts anytime as it's not a coupon, it's a discount based on accrued spending.

Just updated but now super slow and doesn't load. Locked 3x this am. Really bummed because I joined this program at its launch and use it tons and refer all my friends, but now it's not working. :-( at least it didn't this am...

Still a great app and now even easier to use than before. They have great customer service and can walk you through any problems you have.

I LOVE the Pinpoint program but HATE using the app. It's always slow or doesn't even pull up the screen I want at all. It's also clunky in that when you go back from checking out a specific vendor listing, it takes you back to the beginning of the vendor list. It's just not well-designed. Please fix it!

I have signed up multiple times with the same email address, verified through the email each time, and selected a password. When I try to login through the app, I receive an error "Lookup Failed. Please try again." Unable to use the app even after weeks of the same story and the website telling me "Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your application." Longest 48 hours ever!

Love All the Different Specials

I moved from Lincoln, NE to the Denver area this year. Loved the app, but there aren't any places in the Denver area to use this app. Even places that Lincoln and Denver have in common won't work here!

Ap "loses" my favorites? My favorite locations decide not to participate or move and earned rewards are lost? Pinpoint not worth using to me any longer.

I work for 108 th west maple mc donalds and i think pin point is super cool and i never had any problems once but i still use pin point and will always use pin point. Now everyone in omaha will be on pin point. For Customers who shop at their fav business should use pin point. And i have many Customers on front counter who dont want to use pin point. Why you spend your hard working paycheck at darmody management mc donalds for every dollar spent is one point every 30 is free meal. And who dosent want free.

Stupid app keeps freezing up! Fix it!

As a server I will not be recomending for my customers to download if you can not fix the app freezing and force shut downing all the time... I can't even go my my card to add points. RIDICULOUS. fix before I start loosing customers

I've tried to register a couple of times and each time it says that PinPoint has stopped. Very annoying.

Awesome deals if you like to go out to eat for a date get a free meal with the purchase of one.
