Not working with Victory Liner

Just watched this during the Paandar segment of State of the Nation and I want to recommend this to those who loves to travel. At least there is an app now for checking of the travel destinations and the times of departures. Congrats, PinoyTravel Inc for making this app possible,

I booked a two deluxe trip from cubao to vigan with them last december 20 and never used it for some reasons. So I opted for a refund. I sent an email requesting for refund. I'm aware I can't get my money in full so I was hoping for at least 75% percent of what I paid for. To my surprise they didn't bother to reply in my e-mail! I was really pissed because at first when I'm not yet paying my reserved seat they always reply to my queries but after I paid in full they stop answering my questions.

A good app but the worst service ever! I tried too book a trip to bicol and said I have to wait up 48 hrs to confirm. That didn't happened. It could've been better if I received at least a confirmation message that the trip isn't available after that 48 hrs long wait. Is there any rating lower than zero star? Yeah. U get a negative score.

I don't usually rate apps, but I used PinoyTravel for our roundtrip from QC to Baler and Baler to QC and we haven't experienced any hassle at all when I booked our seats for JoyBus. For those who do not know, PinoyTravel accepts payment through bank deposit. We paid our seats through that mode of payment. PinoyTravel is superb!! The reminders and all before your trip is amazing. Two thumbs up! I'll definitely use PinoyTravel for my future trips :)

Not all bus companies are affliated with this app. Trying to check buses from Cubao to Paracale but I didnt see any results. As per my knowledge Superlines have this route. From Pasay to Paracale there is Philtranco but in this app. NONE!

I tried booking and it says i n eed to book 60days before my designated plan of trip. On their website its at least 3 days before. Im using s4 soni havent check ifnit works finenon other phone.

It's a good start. I'm rating 3 for now. Let's see after post-beta release. One more thing: Batangas city is not on the list of destinations? If you can, please add.

Great that it has so many payment options including PayPal. it would rate 5 stars for me if they include seating charts/ sest numbers.
