Bank of Colorado

App WAS great. Can't open it up now, on my phone. PinnBank has been trying to help with the problem. They've been very helpful. I'm using an Samsung S4. The app works fine on my wife's S5. My S4 crashed and I switched to S5 and the app works fine now.

I can't even access the app now. What's up with places like Facebook making a great app but you guys with all that money can't make one that works? Come on hire a real Tech team I am unhappy with this

Never was able to log in. Seriously might switch banks due to unending trouble checking my account, be it an app, or logging in online

I can't sign on everytime I try it has the problem I always have to call in annoying.

A good app u have to sign up at the bank. If u can't sign in go to apps in settings and clear all data and sign back in

I have a shared account and the app won't allow 2 devices for one account.. Please fix this...

Really like this app

I can see may bank account and so forth, but the best feature was the ability to deposit check through the app. It saved me so much time. Since the update, I can't do that anymore. It keeps saying "try again later". I keep trying and no luck. Please fix this feature!

Since the latest update, I cannot use app. App won't load and it freezes. BoC did a good job at making this app useless for other people too as I see they are having similar problems!

I used to love the app, it was fast and easy to access. Since the update I can't hardly ever get it to open. If I do it is so slow that it would be easier to just look it up online. Please fix the problem I really liked the convenience of the other app.

Since the marshmallow update can not use. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work. Please fix, very frustrating

It's very frustrating the app freezes up the phone. The business app has never worked and the 800 number you have to call, the people get mad at you for calling them.

I love the convenience of mobile banking. The newest updates were great and made it easier to use. However, since my S6edge updated I have not been able to use this app. Very frustrating as there is not a physical Bank of Colorado in my town. I recently moved and use online and mobile banking for EVERYTHING. But now I can't deposit my paper checks because of the app not working. Please update ASAP.

Seriously, it's been over a week since I've been able to use the app. When it works its easily a 4 or 5 star app. Get it fixed please.

Just errors and says to call.

I called the number. The lady told me to delete the app then restart my phone and install it again. Works perfectly.

App doesn't work after the update, I called on Friday and they said it would be up by later that afternoon....still not working:/ Very frustrating as this is how I do all of my banking

With the new update for android, program doesn't work. Upsetting as I do all my banking through here.

After the new Android update on my note 4, app will not open. Just keeps giving me an error message with the 800 number.

Since the new update this app no longer works on my tablet. Most frustrating thing is I can get on the internet with my tablet and go directly to banks website and I still can't access my accounts because it wants me to download the app. The other bank I use doesn't have this restriction with tablet use.

This app is really starting to suck. I can't make any deposits.

Don't work on galaxy s6

If you're having problems opening the app after installing the marshmallow upgrade, uninstall the bank of Colorado app and reinstall it. Works fine.

It gets annoying when you can't switch to another app and then back without having to completely log in again. Maybe a 'quick view' screen that you could view without going through the whole login process... That would be nice. My credit card apps have that feature.
