Old accounts do not work. Needed to create new account (per pingmd support response). However, can't add any family members using the app or website to send a ping to the doc. All I can do is log in & log out. Update: seems to be working now. Upgrading stars from 1 to 3. Like to have doctors name be searchable instead of a long list & display the doctor's location/specialty. Also, the comments box could be larger for ease of use (difficult to scroll). Remember me feature would be nice.

I like it but it doesn't let me Uninstall it... help! I have a Samsung s5. It says I have to deactivate before uninstalling but it won't let me, or I dnt n now how.

I love the ability to easily reach my child's pediatrician about non-critical topics without an office visit. This app is sooooo wonderful for a first time mom with a thousand questions. I'm glad our pediatrician is tech savvy enough to see the immense value in this communication method!

So if I don't want to add/don't know the name of a family member's clinician(s), I CAN'T ADD THE FAMILY MEMBER AT ALL? I can't begin to describe how completely incompetent that is, design-wise. Awful, PingMD - I'd give NO stars for you, but Play Store insists I give you at least 1

Honestly, did you even test this app before you offered it to the public. Finally was able to login after the last update, but has absolutely no functions. My kid's name is not there & no way to add it.

How silly. The only reason I would use this app is when we cannot go to the doctor in person. And I could not even attach a photo to my first ping...really poor app. Nexus 5 with android 4.4 is not supported??

The interface is strange and crashes occasionally, but the application is a useful way to communicate with medical professionals who use it.
