I have been using this app for few yrs. Perfect. Nothing wrong but not til i restarted the dvr recently. I no longer able to search the recording with the app anymore. Only PC software and and DVR can do the searching now. Please help.

It worked great until I got a newer phone.(galaxy s8) now the cameras show for 1 second and then the app crashes!! I've been using this for 3 years! Very sad!!
