I swiped 9300 on 21 Jan 17 but still money not come customer care executive says talk to axis bank as they (pine labs ) are not responsible they say . Bank guys tooooo busy , I tried to speak to marketing executive he is such a irresponsible guy he says go to bank. Says company is not responsible

In transaction details only amount is seen. Can't correlate credit card details or numbers. (which is possible on the desktop). 5 stars if this is rectified.

We can't check settled or unsettled data properly because this app shows only 100 transaction. If transactions is more than 100 in a day then we can't get real data. Old version was good.

Waiting for the machine for 20 days..even customer care and company employee so called ASSISTANT MANAGER "MR. SANJAY" IS NOT HELPING...I don't think they will install the machine....they only want your money. Thats it. Plz dont rely on them

One must avoid purchasing machines of pine labs. They don't give better services and get free after taking payments from customers and are least concerned about the consumer problems
