bus@portland for Android
This is a good app. I like that trips can be saved to a favorites list. I find it to register routes/times fast and accurately. I'm glad it's not bloated with maps and other frou frou--just the facts to get me on a bus and out of the street.
The other transit trackers really suck, they look complex, but they don't have this easy, smooth interface. Thanks a lot.
this is for sure the best app for trimet
It's an ok app, but sometimes the *nearby* feature will get stuck in the loading thingy and won't show any bus stops, and some bus stops don't have the ID number, but it's great other than that.

When I click on any route, it cuts off the first letter of the "to" field. For example, it says "Northbound to ake Oswego" Or "southbound to ortland". I don't have my fonts set to large. Please fix.

I like the design. A little bit slow and few force closes on DROID RAZR. So far so good
Nice minimalist user interface. Easy enough to find what you're looking for. Seems to be a consistent bug when looking up streetcar times. Other than that, no complaints.

The uncluttered interface is refreshing. Far too many transit apps are crowded with both maps and other info such as arrivals on the same screen. Everything here is simple to read. However, I was disappointed when I entered the Stop ID for the bus stop I use most often, and the app failed to select it. Instead it showed all four-digit numbers which contain the three numbers in the Stop ID number I'd entered. It's still possible to scroll through all the routes until you find your stop, or to hope a proximity search will finish gathering data before your bus arrives. However, Stop IDs are visible at nearly every TriMet stop. Entering that number is always the first thing I'd do. It doesn't work. Despite the scarcity of apps specific to the Portland metro area? Unless this bug is fixed, I'm more likely to use something else.
