A HIIT License

Why don't they all work like this? So simple to set up and use with as many different timed intervals and titles as you need. Perfect for my nerds and doesn't slow me down.

Intermittent clitchy timer tones. Almost like it pauses intermittently for a split second. Other than that I love using this for my PT groups and my own training.

Definitely worth £1 to get rid of those ads that pop up before you can actually start the timer. Brilliant app.

Been using for more than a year and it's been serving me well. As an enhancement, it will be good to keep a log of your workout as well.

its totally worth the money. simple and the easiest to work with. the only drawback is that the developers might probably not update the app anymore.

All of the other applications I have tried have forced me into their timing for Tabata or HIIT workouts. With this one, I can program my own timing and my own rounds. I can add my own sections in between rounds or after... the variations are infinite. For example, I can program every round of a Beachbody Insanity workout and do it on my own to the music I want (thanks gods).

I've used the app for a few years now, been very useful to me in my workouts. I could have continued using it without purchasing the license but thought it was about time I said thanks and supported the developer. Thanks again!

This is a very nice timer. Easy to setup and customize to what you want. I really want to love it. The issue I have is the fact that I listen to music while doing my workout which completely drowns out all sounds from this app. Please allow the user the option to choose which sound channel this app uses for all sounds including the TTS. The media channel is used by music. If you can fix this issue I will LOVE this app and change it to 5 stars. Thanks!

I don't do much HIIT, but this app is great for 5x5 Strength training and supersets. Essential to keep you motivated during a workout when your lazy training partner doesn't show up...

Lets you name all your actions(e.g.side plank, sqats...), so I'm able to do recommended workouts without having to remember everything!

I like this app because it's very robust and I like it because it is easy to create your own custom workouts. It's exactly what I was looking for.

I've been using this app for years... I could have sworn I already paid for this license, but I don't mind supporting the developer. My only gripe is... why not remove READ PHONE STATUS AND IDENTITY permissions on a licensed version?

I bougt this app cause it's simple easy and fast to use, I would use it wit pleasure, but there's 1 main feature why I'm uninstalling it for-the sound settings. While I'm workin'out I use my phone as a music player too, so I set system volume a little below the medium so that headphones would'n scream in my ears. Unfortunatly this app also depends on main phone system sound level and on current sound level I can't hear interval notifications through the music, it's just to quiet. Please, fix that issue.

You can control all features of your workout! You don't need P90 anything... create your own workout and intensity levels. I use it from running on the treadmill, to my own spartan workouts, to lifting specific muscle groups in cycles. Awesome and highly recommend!

YES! - Love the new update and it fixed the issue I was having with the workouts freezing! -- Dev was great going back and forth trying to resolve the issue. FIXED - Updated to 5 stars and working great now (July 10, 2013) I used to love this app, unfortunately, after my first workout, the timer no longer starts for the next workout even though the button changes from start/pause/resume. Dev got in touch with me, hopefully we can get it working again

Stop your searching. This is the one you want. Easy to use,totally customizable, and lets you listen to music. Do yourself a favor and spend the $1.35 for the license..... the text to speech is super sweet!

After reading the reviews, I decided that $1.34 was worth the risk to try this timer out. I paid for it but the app never downloaded. It's not money but the principal of it that is annoying me. I felt like I just got scammed. Beware if you are considering this app. You might be paying to be scammed.

I paid for the text to speech option but hell I can't even get sounds to work let alone txt to speech... this app serves its purpose but I didn't get what I paid for

Is this a functional option? I can't seem to get it to work on my Nexus 7. Emailed the dev a couple of days ago but no word yet. Otherwise, good app.

I set it up, put it on the floor in front of me and go to it.

The licence didn't solve one of the problems I expected to be solved - to be able to set a different alarm to the rest petiods. The text-to-speech doesn't work and if enabled disables the alarm sounds. To make it short - you can save your money.
