About Emotion Journal
Emotion Journal is a tool to aid you in getting in touch with your emotions. By writing about what you are feeling, you harness an awareness of your emotions at each moment.
How to use it:
In the text input area you write a situation you found yourself in lately, in example: "Today at school I felt annoyed when other children were making noise during the exam". Use the Emotion Words helper to give you a list of words for emotions; by tapping each emotion from the list, it jumps into your paper, thus relieving you of the job of typing.
It may turn out like this: "At work today I felt attacked, when boss came in the office shouting about work not being done. I was feeling guilty and embarrassed, but also pressured about the tempo we have to follow". And so on...
The content can be saved to a file on your phone and it can be loaded from it. This app does not use any encryption or other similar tools at the moment, so you're responsible for you privacy, concerning the saved file.
There is a Random Quote button which, when pressed, shows a random quote of some wise people around the world, on the subject of truth and self-knowledge. This will give you motivation and make you think...
The emotion words list is turned off by tapping the Emotion Words button again. Tapping the Back key would turn off the app at that moment, so watch out for that.

Fonts in settings don't adjust enough. Words pile up on one another. Could have been a decent app but it isn't.
