Handicap Stopwatch

Time your club's handicap races with a 21st century machine: This is a stopwatch for organisers of Handicaps.
Running clubs that organise Handicap competitions often use dedicated and antiquated pieces of machinery to time their members. They can be hard to use, especially in low light conditions. This brings into the 21st century.
This app supports a system with proportional handicap and a stop watch and name time recording:
- The time keeper enrolls its runners and gives the slowest runners the lowest handicap
- Recording of the finish times is done in 2 phases:
- A time keeper record the finish times and another time keeper notes the name of the finishers in the order they cross the finish line sequence (on a separate piece of paper, unfortunately, this app cannot do both quite yet...)
- At the end of the race, the finishers are matched with finish times recorded on the application. With this information, the application ranks instantaneously winners and losers and provides their actual run times.
The application also keeps the history of previous races. Runners and their handicap are also kept and can be re-used to enrolled them on the spot in the next race.
