Piing! Dry Cleaning & Laundry

Bad experience time and again. They lost my laundry first time and did not respond promptly even after i called up 3 or 4 times to enquire. My laundry was not delivered on the stipulated delivery date for a few times too. Had to call consecutively 3 days in a row before someone makes a serious attempt to investigate the whereabouts of my laundry. Service is unreliable!

I've used them thrice and so far, excellent service and very prompt pick up/delivery! Clothes were cleaned well and packaged nicely when returned to me. Keep up the great service!

Piing does not know how to iron pants correctly. 3 out of 4 suit pants had flat front ironing and 1 had a crease in the front where it should be. Now i have funky creases running down the sides of my pants. Shirts are hung in different directions every delivery. And there is no seamstress to fix the buttons that they break. And customer service is horrible. I love that they pick up and deliver, but that's about it.

Have used them a few times. ALWAYS LATE and the estimated time is always not accurate. Forget about using the GPS tracking function, it never works. A waste of my time waiting, I could have used the a time to do the ironing on my own and save the money. Honestly not as convenient as advertised.

Fastest and cheapest laundry services i ever had.

Horrible experience dealing with Piing. Failed to deliver my office clothes for weeks and only then admitted to losing my laundry after umpteen calls and emails. Customer service line is unreachable and you can wait for hours. Finally they found my clothes after dragging out for almost two months. Factory manager does not sound apologetic over the phone. It has been a nightmare choosing their service! Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Pickup and delivery are consistently late. Not as convenient as is made out unless you enjoy waiting for hours. Also the app has some issues and often doesn't always work properly.

I’m usually quite clueless when it comes to technology and I struggle with using new apps. But I must say that this laundry service has such a simple and easy app! I feel like it’s such a blessing to be able to place laundry orders from my phone itself. No travelling, no phone calls! What a great way to save time and effort. Everything on the app is listed out very clearly and it’s so easy to track your order and check history, status, payments, etc. I always know when the delivery person is coming home, so I’m always notified and prepared. I’m really so happy I tried Piing. Getting clean clothes was never this effortless.

Piing changed laundry return date without notice. Waited at home for nothing. Will not recommend.
