আমাদের চারপাশে নানা ধরনের সমস্যা রয়েছে। যেমনঃ আপনার এলাকায় কোনো ডাস্টবিন নেই, ফুটপাথ ভাঙা, ম্যানহোলের ঢাকনা খোলা ইত্যাদি। এসব সমস্যা খুব ছোট হলেও অনেক বড় বড় দুর্ঘটনা ঘটছে। কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে এই সমস্যাগুলোর অভিযোগ করতে গেলে আমাদের অনেক বিড়ম্বনায় পড়তে হয়। আবার অনেকেই কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে গিয়ে অভিযোগ করার জন্য পর্যাপ্ত সময় করে উঠতে পারেন না। এসব চিন্তা করেই আমরা আপনাদের জন্য ঘরে বসেই আপনাদের অভিযোগগুলো তুলে ধরার জন্য নিয়ে এসেছি 'দৃষ্টি'। আমাদের মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ও ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে আপনি বাংলাদেশের যে কোনো স্থান থেকে আপনার অভিযোগগুলো তুলে ধরতে পারেন খুব সহজে। আপনি 'দৃষ্টি' মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন বা ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করে আপনার সমস্যার ছবি তুলে ও আপনার অভিযোগ লিখে সাবমিট করলেই বাংলাদেশের সকল মানুষ আপনার অভিযোগগুলো 'দৃষ্টি' মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন বা ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে দেখতে পারবে। এখানে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে আপনার কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য দিতে হয় না যে কারণে আপনি পরিচয় গোপন রেখেই অভিযোগ করতে পারবেন। আসুন আমরা আমাদের চারপাশের নানা সমস্যার অভিযোগগুলো 'দৃষ্টি' এর মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশের সকল মানুষের সামনে তুলে ধরি।
