Not happy about the new update, used to be able to pick multiple sizes on one photo. Now when u pick a photo it automatically chooses ur aize, u have to click it and change to only one size. What if i want a 4x6 and a 5x7 of the same print? Please help or change back.

Saved a great deal of time cropping images to the correct size for print. Remember guys, the size of your photo is determined by the size that you take it at which her mobile device or your camera. That does not, however determine the size of the print. If you intend on printing images they must be cropped to the appropriate size 4×6 5x7, 8×10 etc!

App was ok, I'd use agian but store quality was bad, pics were cropped wrong and blurry or dark. Next time I'll try using another store. 100 prints and only 20 of them were acceptable.

Felt harassed to pick up order the day after making it, there e-mail, the emails just wouldn't stop talking about my reliability and "last" day to pick up. When I just placed the order, to darn pushy, the quality of the pictures are okay nothing to scream about.

Placed my first order of 10 photos. Only received 6. The Duane Reade staff were not familiar with the process of these orders and had me wait for the manager. In a busy store, this took far too long, and I left without my photos. Total fail. Submitted a request for help on the app but no word yet. Uninstalled.

"Steve" is not helpful! Current offer from Walgreens is 40% photos with Terms and Conditions stating it can be used on the app. Steve told me to kick rocks. This app is not helpful.
