I'm wondering how reviews before this one are positive. I can't do anything on iOS or Android with this app. How long b4 customer service replies? Two days thus far. I have little hope that this app will ever run smoothly. My daughter's school requires that I use it. HOW? I can not ???? do anything with it!

Verbiage is hard to read because it's so tiny and light color. Also, the home screen doesn't refresh automatically after changing pick up mode.

What the heck? WAY too tiny. How is a parent to drive in a car pick up line and try to type in a tiny password or click a teensy button?! Turning for landscape? Nope, orientation won't change. Stretch gesture to enlarge? Nope, that feature missing also! FIX THIS! As is, this app is useless to me....

As a parent I had to wait for an hour to get my kid due to this app. As a professional app developer I find that this should never have passed the QA process and gone live

Unfortunately, not everyone is app savvy. This is a MANDATORY app for our school. Tiny carloop area for 600 kids. Charter school, you know? They thought the app would make pick up FASTER. It's the worse idea ever. I tried to typed how it works, but I ran out of room. Summary: waste of time, parents are entitled ninnies. Wait to announce until you reach the sign!! Follow instructions!! Else you mess up the line. Not hard, people!

This app is garbage! It has never worked not even once. I wrote to the help thing and all they did was repeat the instructions already on the app, so they are no help at all. Really hoping my son's school for a back to the old pick up system and soon!

I use this App all the time to pick up my little sister. I love it because it has reduced my time in the car line and I'm also able to delegate the pick up to my grandma. Very useful App!!

This app not working

I hate apps that I have to register and app wants full access to my photos, media, files, and contacts why? Oh its SPYWARE. I understand device or identity but why all that access, I just uninstalled and poked this eye-spy in the freaking eye. Get rid of all that access and registration and I'll try it again.

App works great for me. Simply, easy to use. Much more convenient than having to make a call (which can be difficult at work). With this app, you can just quickly change what you need and be done. Great job!

Can't get past registration, keeps bringing me to report error

Useless for walker. The first time I installed, nothing showed up on the home page. I told school staff my kid's number and she was not on the list. I uninstalled and installed again, then my kid showed up. Second day, made sure the pick mode was in walker, announced my child, showed the number to the staff, waited, and my kid never showed up on the list. I had to pick my kid up from the classroom. The third day, my setting went back to car line when I set it to walker until 2016 the day before.

My kids school is trying to use this app and it feels like a beta test. The app does not support the various scenarios our carpool parents have for pick up, including my helping out when my wife's schedule gets crazy at the last min. The amount of work we have had to do seems to have doubled while promising the school will save money?? how ?? are we going to fire teachers b/c I have a phone app that freezes up. Please beta test your app on volunteers and not busy parents and over burdened schools.
