Have given clothes last Saturday. Its been 8 days since and I am yet to get them back. They have overshot the delivery date by just 5 days and now i am not sure if they still have my clothes or have missed it. I would stick to UrbanClap in future ir my local laundrywala

Bad odour from all the clothes. When I called the customer care, they said there is no such smell coming from any of those clothes. When sent for rework to remove the smell, they sent back the clothes as they were before. Very poor service

Pathetic services..if you people cannot adhere to timelines please don't commit it. Understand that people have offices and accordingly they fix timelines. It's been four days and have still not received by clothes

Agreed it is convenient, getting clothes picked up from your doorstep and getting them delivered at your doorstep . But the PML team won't let be convenient for you,they will drive you crazy with their delayed pick ups and drops, poor customer support (all they have is sorry we will look into this) , bad ironing of clothes. Not kidding about the bad ironing , your clothes will most of the times come to you like they haven't been ironed at all and u won't write to them because how long can a person keep fighting. Eventually you will stop using this service. So just to avoid going through all this, why download it in the first place.

Had a bad experience first time i ordered. Had clearly written no hangers since the clothes were to be stored but all clothes came in hangers. The delivery was extended 2-3 times. However since the cleaning was good i made the second order. Had a utter horrific experience. The delivery was again delayed 3 times and got only half of my clothes back (that too again in hangers.. despite scribbling on the order clearly as special instructions). What more, two of my clothes the order is already shown as cancelled and i have no idea where the clothes are. Will never use services of this app again ever. The local drycleaner gives way lesser headache!

I have tried them thrice during this period all three time I was disappointed with them because of cleaning.. every time guy come to pick my clothes I especially requested that past two time clothes was not cleaned properly.. stain is always there which can be cleaned by normal soap as well but their service s*** I am sorry being honest. I won't recommend pick my laundary to anyone! If you are giving some service to anyone be honest with customer otherwise i would prefer call you Sarkari Dhobi where no cleanness just money is important service jaye -----. Thanks for the service so far best!

The worst for laundry services in gurgaon i wish there was an option of negative rating. The only thing they are good at is late delivery,no stains removal from my clothes that i gave few days back.

Updating my review: From spoiling the clothes they have moved to losing them. No response to the feedback or complaints. You'll regret using their services choose a different app there are lots out there. Last Review:Pick up is never done on schedule. The clothes are hardly cleaned specially the collars stay untouched. Seems like they just rinse them in water. Clothes are never folded properly and come back as a mess, had high hopes in the beginning but they turned out to be a disappointment.

Worst ever laundry service, I had to use it because doormint was not serving in my locality. My delivery has been rescheduled 5th time now. Every time there is a same reason that your rider tried to call you but your phone was not reachable. And then I get a message to call back and reschedule. I have done this for three times and the customer support guy will say that he will call back to confirm about rescheduling and then nothing happens. In short: if you have an alternate option DO NOT USE THEM

Cons- Expensive then all of the other service provider, quality of service is same so cannot justify the cost. They have morning and late night slots, but only for the sake of showing off. If you book any of the slots it will reschedule on its own without any notification.

If you want the white clothes to be ruined then this is the place. They will make it colorful and will be full of stains and colors other than whites . Recommend everyone give expensive clothes to them.

guys don't use their service . They lost my 2 clothes. PML has such a poor back-end that they have no track as to how many clothes they took and how many were returned. Better wash yourself than loosing your precious clothes

The worst possible service is given by the people here. The order is taken and clothes are never returned - they will ask for payment before delivering the order and will tell you later that they never even took the order.

Placed an order on May 6 for the morning slot and had to close the order on 7 May because the pickup guy never arrived. They didn't even called to give any reason for the delay.

Pick up and delivery is horrible. Rider os very rude and they would never come on time. Clothes are not cleaned properly. Online payment is risky. Removing the tags from the clothes is very hectic and there is the risk of damaging the clothes while removing the tag. From last few weeks, clothes have not been ironed properly.

I will not order from PML again. My last experience was pretty bad. Clothes after wash were stinking with a weird smell. I missed to check it at the time of delivery (it is impractical to check all the clothes). When started wearing after 2 weeks I realized the clothes were not washed properly. Tried raising this issue with PML but they said they will make sure it will never happen again. My answer is there will be no next time. :)

They lost a shirt of mine. To make matters worse, they are ridiculously casual w.r.t. handling of clothes and complaints. I had to make atleast 15-20 calls spread over 2 weeks along with 1 reminder via whatsapp each day to get them into action. Even after all the hassle the response I received was denial ("we didn't lose your shirt".) Too little, too late. Extremely poor customer experience.

Wrost app everthey will misplace your clothes and then u just forget that u have that cloth and no customer service after that they will not response... My suggestion dont give ur clothes to them ever.

Clothes lost!!! Some clothes went missing. I told them i wont be home to receive and my guest house staff will receive. When i got back and checked package, 3 pieces were missing. Do not trust them! Also it's quite expensive once taxes etc are added. Not as cheap as it looks! Better services available

Don't ask me for slots when you yourself can't commit to a time. Now I have to organize my day in a way that would suit you. I'm taking up your service for convenience right? If I have to wait the whole day for your rider to come at any time of his convenience then who is the customer???

Pathetic customer support. Bad service. Nothing good to write home about. Over a week now and clothes have not been returned. Clothes do not get ironed, even after paying for that specific service! DO NOT USE, there are many (better) alternatives. Uninstalling the app. And praying that my clothes don't go missing.

Amount they charge you will seem less but it quite high once they add taxes. In case you choose option of antiseptic and softener wash believe me they don't do it. They will just charge you for it. And clothes, they can't even take the stains out. Delivery is worst . And when you call them there Is no solution ever.last time I lost some clothes.this time clothes are not clean and there is no smell of softener being used. Highly disappointed

They lost my top. The delivery guy vanished without even taking payment. I have called at least 5 times each time they say a senior will call back. No contact till now. And they are still sending me offers and notifications! Pathetic service

Offer slots but dont follow them. Dont plan anything based on their delivery time. Garments go missing. Got my bedsheet one month later after repeated requets. Didnt know where it had been.. Discarded it immediately.

Clothes went missing..! When you give clothes for laundry with proper counting and when you receive the package which is packed... It's obvious that you won't check clothes and count at the same time. When you later realised that your shirts are missing then you have to live with the lose. They should follow the process to the core else these loses will turn up to less customer. It would be fine if they do not care about few customers. I was a power user of this app. I WAS

They lost my Raymond bed sheet and pillow cover. No response on phone and just delaying tactics. I will be filing a case in consumer court soon if I don't get a compensation. Please don't use their services. You will regret it.

This is literally the worst app. The owners don't care about customer experience. After using their service for over a year, I've shared problems with them constantly in the hope that they're a new service provider and will fix their act. But only to be told that I'm doing no favour to them by placing an order. Really really disappointing service. Clothes get lost, their rider has once tried to forcibly enter my female friend's house at 11pm while he was in a drunk state.
