FxGuru: Movie FX Director

I enjoy it, but I would like to see an option that would allow for depth. In other words, everything the app offers seems really close to the camera...the explosions, the animated characters. I can't make the doll or other characters appear to be across the room---all those effects basically need to be done on a small table for the dimensions to make sense, and so on. Don't get me wrong, I like the app quite a bit, but I think many people would enjoy it on another level if they could adjust the dimensions. Other than that it's pretty cool.

For some reason all of the paid content can't be restored and they won't work with me on trying to fix it. I spent more money on this app than any other app because the end result looks great, and we've had a lot of fun with it. But now the extra scenes I purchased don't show up as paid for or unlocked within the app. I can't support an app that won't support their users.

For the last few days the free filter keeps giving me the truck jackknifing filter which I've already have tried before and are bored of now, please fix so I can get a different filter. It's soppose to give me a new one every 24 hours.

Loved it! I can make awesome scenes from anywhere. The effects look realistic, even if you move a bit and the animated effect sticks there like it's actually on the ground. Wow! You guys should download this app. But first, you have to buy the effects. I enjoyed it so much, that I can make more this summer.

I would gave it 5 stars. No doubt that app is good but we are given only two effects for free. Many are there still left to download and several are to buy.PLEASE MAKE ATLEAST 10 EFFECTS UNDER FREE WHEN WE DOWNLOAD APP.

Very nicely blends effects with video you record. The downside? Out of about 100 effects, only about 13 are really free. The other 87 are either pay to play or commit to downloading other software, some of which is subscription based. So, good looking video, but be ready to make someone else money.

FXGuru was a promising app, I once used it and I was satisfied. I installed it back recently, but now it refuses to process my videos for no reason indeed. All of the effects are affected by this problem that I only have. Please help developers.

Excellent, Galaxy 7. All you folks having problems. Go to app options select less quality video, smaller file and less then best. I was having problems to but they were corrected with these changes. Also, in options use restore purchases and it will, you don't need to buy them again.

I just paid for full version, now it's telling me I have to pay again. What a greedy company. I should be a full version owner for life. I will not pay a monthly subscription, and you will never see my money again. I will bash this app to my all friends

Every time tried to download an paid effect it shows "Purchase error". And secondary thing is that i cannot cancel any download if stared . There is button for cancel download and phone 's back button are also not working during download. Fix this otherwise excellent -------------------------------------------------------- Dear dev this my humble Request to you Can you please give all effects for free. I promise to give you more Downloads and review if you wish please please please.

The app is really good for videos. I love it! There's just one problem. When I try to record the lighting is very dark even if i'm in a extremely bright room. Could you possibly fix that? Otherwise the app is amazing for my videos!

The special effects are as realistic as they come. I get a kick out of making funny videos using this app. It's very easy to use. The only minor drawbacks are having to pay for most of the effects although you can gain free access to them for a limited time and the amount of memory they use, not a big deal. I only wish there were more effects. It still deserves a 5-star rating, keep up the good work.

Its ok, I would rate it more if not almost all of the ones I picked costed money, and also if it didn't glitch alot like with the skeleton and the demon those glitched, and when I did the falling piano, it didn't appear. It kind of also looked a bit fake, like not very good graphics. I love the app, but it just isn't quite there.

Its a good app but as you can see this app is for fun and all your effect cost very so much. And all free effects are useless. Free with offer is wroking now but i downloaded 7apps and only 4 of fx is opened yet. Evil puppet and ghost bride doesnot opened

This is one of the best fx apps ive seen, lots of free effects me and my friend love it. I just hope you will add more effects every once in a while. But over all graphics are great and yeah!

You should make more effects for for free because there is a little bit of effects for free. Also can you add an Elf on the Shelf effect for free plz? I would give 5 stars of there were more effects for free. Thank you for the best effect app anyway????

This is a cool app. I know some people hate how they all are not unlocked, but i like it because if u do an action thing they actually work. It just makes the game have more to do. Luc dis app. Looks real!

DO NOT buy the extra FX packs for this app if you plan on getting a new device/phone/tablet. You will NOT be able to download them a second time. (even with the exact same Google playstore account)

The effects are super awesome, look real and can trick people, like my grandma. I already have more than 100 videos in my gallery and I don't want stop filming more! I really liked this app the first time I downloaded it. But I just downloaded it again and you don't get nearly as much now. Now it's full of ads as well. The whole thing's kind of a pain and not really worth it anymore.

I have restored purchases on my Xperia XZ but the app keeps crashing every time I try to convert the video. I had a lot of fun using this app on my Xperia Z3 but now the app is unusable. Is this crashing due to the newer software on my phone? Was 5 STARS BTW!

I think this is a great app, but I can't record anything. When I press the record button the screen goes black. I don't know if you have to wait for it to go green or even how to make it go green. Please fix as I'll give you 5 stars if you do (*¯︶¯*). My phone is a Samsung galaxy v plus. （＾ｖ＾）

Please make atleast 10 effects under free & make them to select as our choice!! 'Effects of the day is useless. Everyday I get same effect????If you fix this issue, I'll rate ☆☆☆☆☆ stars!!! And I'll recommend this app to others!

I love this app very much! The only problem is the Samsung Galaxy S8 bug on the FX guru app. The quality of my video is decreased greatly and the background of the video is very blurry. Please help to fix this problem when possible. Thank you.

Great for pranks or introductions for presentations. Very simple, very easy. The so so-called themes however is a inaccurate description of the products for sale. A 5th star would be if the "theme" was as in it is with benchmark developer platforms categorize in a library of media clips to add in a series of scenes so the user can further create unique customized objects tailored for the production.

I use to have this app on my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini and I deleted it for more space on my phone. After a long time I downloaded it again, which is now. I KNOW that there are free effects like eve bombardment, dancing reindeer, bunker buster, best friends, piano fall, cupid's arrow, and a lot more. But now it doesn't show them at all. I can't download or use those effects and I really want to. My friend, also have this app and it happened to him as well. I would be so glad if you would fix it, PLEASE

Update: i have been using it on my sony tablet for 2 yrs now. Some of the effects I've purchased aren't available now, which I dont think is fair!! I've tried it on my S7edge as well. Being on the tablet is better, although the phone is more convenient while out and about. Aside from my purchases not being available, it is a ok app. I tried restore purchases, and still nothing. Until that gets fixed, it stays 3 stars.

It's had its crash moments but typically those don't last long before they update it and fix issues. I have the entire collection now and we even use a couple to promote game nights at our shop. Worth it. I only wish we could choose more like length or music input but it is still a cut above the rest on the market. Great fun.

I used to love this app but now, everytime I start the app, it turns my phone off!! 6 times in a row today...I don't know why this happens...I'd like to uninstall and reinstall, but I fear that I will lose the 15 or 20 effects I accumulated the past years..What to do? -Oct 2016 BTW I did lose all fx...Tried making 3 vids today, app froze and logged me out the 3 times WTF

Hi team i need a quick clarification before i buy all effects. If i buy all effects in current device. Will i be able to get back all the purchased effects if i install new device in future with same google account or should i need to purchase again in new device with same google account. Please reply me asap.

Got many of the effects by using the free offers. After away, they all disappeared and reverted back to making me pay $$$ or download more free crap. This app is designed solely for the programmer to make money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD . There must be a hidden virus backdoor in this app. POOR EPIC FAIL

I love your app FX GURU so much and in my mind it's the best app for effects. But a little question:if I have a credit card and bought all the effects;I would unlock them all;but if I bought a new device.Could I continue with the previous effects that I unlocked?I mean that if I have all effects bought on my old device and bought a new one.Can I transfer the progress they I have done previously(the effects that I bought on the old device.)On the new one.If there is a way please tell me it as fast as you can

I just upgraded my smartphone and fxguru refuses to let me have all my paid for effects on my new phone. I asked for codes to put in but they won't let me have them. My advice.... don't pay for the effects as when you upgrade your phone they will not allow the app to transfer your paid for effects on your upgrade.update... fxguru has been in touch and ive done everything they asked still no joy and now they are not helping as ive had no response now since last week

This is awesome app I've ever seen in Android platform.. really very creative and interesting.. but there is one thing that makes me sad that there is limitation with effects.. probably everyone needs free effects more, you should provide minimum 50 effects so that every one can enjoy it..

I was bought all super 82 packs . After factory reset my phone, i install this app again and i do restore purchase my effect but i can”t use all my purchased effect. This apps show to buy again all effect. Why? Please fix this problem.
