I have a 4k 360 pro cam. It works great with software. The picture is a crisp 4k quality video until the image is processed and saved in the different 360 formats provided by the software. The video quality is absolutely destroyed by the compression algorithm. A 1 Gigabyte video is compressed to a couple hundred Megabytes. Please let me decide my own compression settings!

Terrible the app hangs won't play files or download them and works when it feels like it shame because the cam seems good quality but the software needs some serious fixes pull your finger out guys

Worst software I have ever used! I could be here all day listing all the things wrong with this app but here's a short list. No quick replay option either slow download or laggy steam, file naming is hard to go through in a hurry, struggles to connect, makes mobile device useless when connected, standard phone navigation buttons drop off when app is open, UI is cumbersome and to top it off the PC download or equally rubbish and there's no updates or any attempt to fix it. Such a shame because the camera is decent for its price.

Just paid £80 for a camera come with this app and cannot seem to connect it to this app at all. All seems fine but doesnt connect. No help desk or info to help?

Please fix this as soon as possible. I cant get my camera to work with my phone, which is pretty ridiculous.

This app lacks video saving in dewarped format.. Please include "defishing" feature as well.. I needed the video saved in a panoramic form but the app is useless.. Video is only saved in a 360° round format..

Selfish app, only can view for ourself, no way to share 360 views to social media. It become flat.

Not able to connect with Nexus 6p. 2.4ghz wifi in 2916??? Seriously, 2.4?! Zero support. Don't buy the Andoer 360 and don't bother with this app!!!

Crashes all the time and won't allow 360 images to be shared..just flattens everything. What's the point in that?

Anyone who's having trouble connecting try formatting the sd card from the apps settings. This worked for me

This crap hangs when trying to connect to camera. Only uninstall and install again seems to work for a whole.

App crashes...menu BACK button disappears...the menu doesn't stay up all the time. Please fix functionality..otherwise good start

Hangs, crashes, uninstalled, won't reinstall. Camera wouldn't connect most times, when it did, it either froze or crashed

Why The picture I share in instagram and facebook just be the usual photos, there is no effect at all

Fails on start up. Can't recognize that I have a Wi-Fi connection.

Not a bad app, it does crash on the odd occasion and is way to slow downloading videos....other from that it works well with my camera....

Sharing on facebook using my htc or S6 mobile does not work at all!

When sharing to Facebook it flattens the image.

You need to tinker with it to understand how it works. Few buttons in a different language, not a big deal. I pressed them and figured it out. Live view is amazing, you can put on your VR headset and see yourself in 3rd person live stream. Although images can be converted to equirectangular(google it) videos can not, so you have to view the videos on this specific app(would be great if they fixed that) overall really awesome device with a few kinks, would be perfect if they fix what people are asking for.

Have been trying to get it to work with my Nexus 6p with no luck

Changed the password and now log in is in chinese. Anybody know how to Factory Reset? Camera is useless if you can't use the app. Was fine until this issue.

Application is so nice, but I have a problem I make different modes videos in this app and play also all modes but in computer all videos play only Round/Circle mode video. Please help me how to open in computer 360 degree Panoramic modes video. Thanks

Half the text is still Chinese. And sharing of anything 360 requires a pc and separate 3rd party program. Great potential, but is currently falling short.

Cant find files on phone. Cannot browse to files that i have just moved. Cannot goto setting for app unless camera installed!

I have taken videos with the camera and can't find a way to use the app to play them back. Instructions provided are not good.

Good but it would be nice to be able to save the files to the sd card on my phone instead of just the internal memory on my phone (which is always full)

To post videos you need to download 360fly app and manually copy paste video file to /Device storage/Movies/360fly then open 360fly app and share the file.

My phone is connected to the camera wifi, but the app day failed to connect... My phone is oneplus 3
