La alegría es parte natural de nuestro Ser. No es algo a conseguir sino a irradiar desde nuestro interior. Diversión y alegría no tienen porque ser lo mismo aunque muchas veces así lo creamos. La primera suele provenir del exterior, es algo que sucede ahí fuera de nosotros, algo gozoso ,entretenido a lo que respondemos. La segunda en cambio es un sentimiento que proviene de nuestro interior, que siempre nos acompaña, parte nuestra pero de la que muchas veces nos desconectamos por nuestros pensamientos negativos, temores, preocupaciones, recuerdos dolorosos o interpretaciones mentales que son parte de nuestras proyecciones y sombras.

Vivir sin necesitar cumplir expectativas, ni tiempos ni limites. Vivir como si todo fuera un juego, sin tomarnos todo tan en serio, tan densamente, como hacen los niños...s in necesidad de demostrar que valemos constantemente sino sintiéndolo en nosotros mismos...agradecer todo aquello que somos y tenemos en lugar de poner,como tantas veces hacemos, nuestra atención en lo que creemos que nos falta nos devolverá al estado mágico de plenitud que la alegría nos provoca. Disfrutar de cada momento del día dejándonos sorprender por la magnificencia de un amanecer, el canto de un pájaro, un abrazo, el sonido de las olas... vivir el ahora conscientes de que es el único tiempo que en realidad tenemos, gozando de todo, con la espontaneidad y capacidad de sorprendernos del niño o niña que fuimos... ¡Eso es la Alegría y está en nosotros, no hay que buscarla solo permitirnos sentirla y disfrutarla! Joy is a natural part of our being. It is not something to get it to radiate from within. Fun and joy are not necessarily be the same but often they create. Live as if everything is a game, not take everything so seriously, so densely, as children do ... s in need to prove that we are worth but constantly feeling it in ourselves ... thank everything that we are and have instead to put, as so often do, our attention on what we think we need we will return to the magical state of fullness that brings us joy. Enjoy every moment of the day leaving us surprised by the magnificence of the dawn, the song of a bird, a hug, the sound of the waves ... live now realize that is the only time that we actually have, enjoying all with spontaneity and ability to surprise the child we were ... That's Joy is in us, not to be found only afford to feel it and enjoy it!
