Envision Management

Envision Management is a support tool used solely by Phoenix Energy support staff to monitor and troubleshoot problems with internal application activation. It requires pre-existing login credentials to be of any use and is intended only to be used by authorized Phoenix Energy employees.

With this tool, staff can access overrides, move kit assignments, and extend key expiration dates.

Operators running Envision version 2.5.0.21 or greater can connect to their live systems be providing a job number in place of a username and password. Enter the job number and then press the 'star' icon on the menu bar.
