Keeps crashing as soon as u close the screen points haven't loaded says I have a free pizza but no code or voucher to show

Great food an excellent customer services everytime we visit all staff verry gud especially a young african gy( he's quite slim has his hair tied bck )he always has smile an makes customers welcome 10********** for the gud work he does thanks..

Points don't always load. Points total and rewards never match. No response whatsoever from customer service. Very poor!

I Can't log in at all. I know I'm signed up and everything but I've tried all the options and still can't log in. Needs some fixing I think.

Handy app to have and good for booking in areas that you don't normally visit, good service alwsys

Does not sign in to Facebook on new phone so lost my points.

Still Does NOT record points! Was promised it will be sorted within 7 days repeatedly. That was about 1 year ago. They keep wanting my receipt, and now don't respond to my repeated requests. Like one would keep receipts just for this - better you work harder on getting the app to work in the first place.

Functional app, although it can be a little confusing to navigate sometimes. I only use it in the restaurant to gcollectthe points and use any vouchers I get, haven't tried booking a table or placing an order with it.

Glitches. Takes ages to load. Points disappear. They don't respond to issues etc etc

No facility to change or cancel a table booking. Even the email confirmation doesn't tell you how to change a table booking. Still a lot of work needed on this app to make it usable for restaurant customers.

Functional at best. Doesn't add any points that you get when using the takeaway service even though you order through the app and there is no response when you go through the Help section.

Doesn't work half the time when trying to collect points, and when contacting help they don't bother to respond. It also freezes frequently and can cause your phone to lock up. Very poor overall.

Got a email for portal username & password bit keeps saying INVALID really is pathetic app & portal ever why EMAIL ME the click here to see my message from you when wont log me in LOL so stupid, will never be goin to PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN UNLESS THE APP IS DEALT WITH & GET MY POINTS ON WHICH IVE NOW LOS UNDERSTOOD??
