Photo Transfer App

I bought this app 3 years ago, and it works well. I originally rated it 4 stars. After a recent phone reset the app would only load as the free version for some reason. I contacted support, and within hours had the situation resolved. I now rate this a 5 star app, Excellent Customer Service!

Download was super fast ( Galaxy Edge to Windows )but only lets you view first 100 grainy pics before asking for upgrade to view any others. So payed for upgrade Recieved Thank You Enjoy the Upgrade prompt but will still only let me view original first 100 pic

After having spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to transfer photos from my Samsung to my Mac I thought nothing would work. Then I discovered this app which transfered them over in a matter of minutes - best app ever! Has saved me so much time.

Duplicated all images despite deselecting previously sent images.. could be a glitch.. not going to waste more time sticking with it to find out. I would give this app 1 middle finger out 5

It seems to be only for moving things between devices..it could not do a simple download from Drive to Gallery , within my single HTC phone. The instructions for Drive downloading do not match what I actually see in Drive, so I can't get my photos out of it.

Just says to upgrade. Is it $1? $5. Who the hell knows? I'm not going to do some blind upgrade if I don't know what it cost. I would probably upgrade, but not I'm not getting ripped off.

I have a Chromebook which makes life a million times harder when looking for app that will go on both my Phone and CPU. But this one works perfectly! I love that it is free unless u feel like transferring more than 5 photos at a time. It is quick and awesome!

There is no description on how I can work it and it only shows my albums and pics and not even all of the photos in the album are shown. This was a waste of my time and I still can't get my photos to my computer.

I downloaded the Transfer photo file app. Can't get to work. Dummy me even went to Upgrade. Still won't transfer photos from my android phone to my desk top. Looked up U-Tube tutorials, no help. Zer0 stars.

I installed this on a PC and on an Android phone works extremely well. then bought new phone installed the app but needed to buy the app for use on the new phone using Paypal via PC was unable to do this even after setting up and verifying the account in Google Play. Any ideas folks other than perhaps buying a Play Store credit card?

For 4 bucks it could be a lot more refined...you can only select 100 images at a time, and it doesn't prompt to overwrite, the keyboard does nothing in the desktop app and if I don't have the app in the foreground on my phone I can't browse on my pc...If it was free or cheaper I'd give it a break but it's on the high cost side for an app and the free version is useless

Very easy to use and fast. Transferred holiday photos from Nexus 5 to iPad. Ignore negative comments, some people just don't what they are doing......

Installed the free one 0n my computer and I installed the free one here. That's when I try to use it it tells me it will only do a hundred and I need to upgrade but there's no button there is no link there's not a word anywhere on this listing about how to upgrade. Very frustrating I guess I'll delete it.

Trickster. It'll do what i want but only if I pay. Waste my time. Might have bought it if had been honest.

Frustrated. Set up was easy, but it wont let me "back up" the videos/pic.s onto my PC. I've tried to contact the email provided to get help, but it wont go through saying I didn't put anything in the subject line (which said: set up easy. Frustrated with back up abilities plz help). Not stoked by this product or ability to get help. They want me to upgrade, but dont tell you the cost and it doesn't seem to function now -why spend money?

Thanks! Fixed an immediate problem of faulty cable from phone to pc which I normally use to transfer stuffs. Love it!

Found it quite difficult to use when I got it a couple of years ago but after some upgrades it works really well. One of the best ways to transfer from android to mac

The previous app i used had problems with receiving photos. This app is easy to use, works fast, and it's easy to connect.

Can't choose a folder to send and there's no select all function. Otherwise easy to use.

Tried it, didn't like it because you are limited to 5 photo photo transfers per day, unless you buy the professional version. Also kept crashing on me. Removed it.

An app this simple to use should be on everyone's cell phone and computer. No more usb lines, no more cell/PC communication errors, no more hassle.

simple n very easy to use, but max 5 photo only per transfer made me uninstall it. then found Photosync which is much better

I paid for the full version, works for awhile then it stops receiving or sending properly. I'm not impressed! I need a refund

Love it, brilliant app for copying / moving / deleting images from your phone. It can also be used to upload images to your phone to use in apps like Instagram and freeprints..

Used it to transfer photos from my android phone to apple device worked great. 5 stars if i could select all or select an entire directory or album instead of having to select each photo individually.

crap....... transfers only 5 photos at a time ,need to pay $$$$$ to get more, also hard to install to my laptop

After installing this app as it's the only app that seems to allow me to transfer photos from my Samsung phone to my computer I see the photos are all distorted and grainy. So upgraded and the photos are still the same distorted and grainy I was hoping to view on the telly via a hmdi cable but they are just to distorted for that

Great storage for Mac but not enough memory to download even one picture from Android. You have to buy the pro/premium version.

Plzzzz make it work for Xbox one It's gonna take me either days hours if I find out how or weeks

Keeps transferring the same 35 pictures everytime I try it.... except those pictures haven't transferred since the first time .......I purchased the upgrade and tried to transfer the max 200 pics but kept showing that it was transferring 35 assets. Everytime........

i just bought the larger volume version, chose my photos from my android, then.....nothing. They are not transferring and are on the same wi-fi. This should be a lot simpler than it is.
