Only 10 pictures total from lots of users were uploaded to this service. I took 30+ pictures myself through this app at my daughter's wedding and NONE were saved. Even worse, the photos taken with this App weren't even saved to my phone. E-Mails to the developer aren't being answered. Such a great concept but doesn't work at all. Terrible customer service.

Wedding is day after tomorrow. All photos are not uploading into the albums! I have taken several pictures at two of the events and only a few of the pics have uploaded. Hope to get fixed by day of wedding. Have sent email as well as tried to call. Please help!

We used this app for my wedding in April and our guests loved it. I also loved getting all of the pictures to keep and the slideshow was awesome. The only problem we ran into is that about 20 of the photos we received were NOT from any of our guests. So our slideshow had several photos of complete strangers in the most random locations and dress. It made me wonder how many of our photos got put on someone else's account?

I had a bad experience with this product and contacted support for a refund. Not only did they refund my money but they took my criticism and completely changed the app! Their responses to email were always very quick. It's great to see there are still some companies with great customer service!

App should not rely on GPS alone. There are other ways to get location info like WiFi and cell towers. A GPS fix is not that easy to get inside a building. Brides should be heavily recommended to give the GPS bypass code to their guests along with the app announcement. UI needs improvement. App should be able to rotate as well. Be able to take multiple pics and not have to select the camera option each time. Be able to upload non-app taken pics. Be able to search for the event without location or code.

Amazing idea and so simple to use! It has 3 buttons, that's it. Camera, Gallery, and Guestbook. I was afraid my guests would have their heads buried in their phones all night but they didnt't! That's what i loved about the app.. its elegant yet very simple without a bunch of fluff so the attention remained on us not their phones!!
