BJ’s Mobile App

Very good app as far as restaurant apps go. The one piece that is poorly implemented is the mobile payment process for mobile takeout orders. Users should be prompted to pay immediately during checkout just like every other app's checkout process. For this app, I have to wait an indefinite amount of time before I can see my check in the mobile pay area, as if I'm sitting at a table finishing my meal. That's really weird and I should be able to pay as part of the checkout process

I ordered a gift card through them for the fathers day special. It was buy a 50 dollar gift card get a 10 dollar gift card for free. So i received both but only the 50dollar one would work. The manager tried multiple times to ge it to work now it says it has a 0 balance despite me being unable to use it. Ive tried calling customer service I never get through or even get a call back. I love their food but will not be buying any more promotions its been over a month and the issue still isnt fixed!

A little funky to get started, but easy once you have it set up. All things considered I like it.

The credit card experation is an actual calendar that you have to go to the year by search rather than typing it in. Dumb

Nice graphics, great use of layering, location pictures personalize it and of course the Beer, food and specials are the reasons we come here....ps great staff!

No company contact information, app doesn't allow change of email address.

It should tell you your member number on launch page. Can't enter bill receipt after you leave

Can't place order...repeatedly received error the pickup time must ten minutes in the future. Tried several times to place order about 30 minutes in advance but no success. I had the same issue with the mobile site. Might be an issue with Arizona time zone, but annoying nonetheless. Movrd on to another restaurant's app for tonight's dinner.

The app is good, but I don't know why there is preferred seating on it if when you put in for preferred seating they don't actually put your name on the list of people waiting until you get to the restaurant and you end up waiting just as long as someone who walks in and has there name put on the list. That feature seems to be useless.

The App is annoying to install. It asks you to give your birthday and when you try to enter your birthday, you cannot enter your month first, then your day and then your year. Instead, you have to scroll through many years and months to get to your your birthday. Also, when you have to choose the BJ's you preferr to visit, you only get two stores for you to choose from. What gives! My first impression for this App is very bad. It was poorly designed. It needs a major revision. Oh! I also did not notice a store locator in the menu. I could be wrong.

The only way I can access my account is to delete the app and reinstall it. Once going through the set up process on my Samsung droid phone, if I exit the app and try to reopen it, I just sit there watching that circle go around and around. I've installed the corresponding app for my iPad, and it works fine. And I can access the program outside of the droid app without problem.

Why can't this app apply coupons to order so the check out can be fast and convenient? U hv the app for convenience? Then make it convenient instead of the cashier trying to figure out how to and wait for manager approval. Manager approval for coupon? C'mon.....

I love this app. I hate the recent update. I can't use the app at all. It keeps saying my order needs to be at least 10 minutes in the future. IT IS. It's for 30 minutes from now!

The rewards aren't synced properly with the account. The stay logged in feature doesn't work. The screen sometimes refreshes but doesn't clear the previous text.

I had a lot of trouble trying to get this app to work to begin with the manager had to help me... It found my account just fine but when let me log in because it said I didn't know my password when I know I know my password.. went to find you it should just log you in... I was looking for a place on the app where you can rate your service and all that can't find it because usually BJ Services wonderful but I found it to be a little Lacks on the 17th of June and they were offering free cups for dads but they didn't offer my dad one I didn't get my T refilled and you put rice in your quinoa dish which isn't good.. I think it was just an off day at the restaurant

Can't login. It tells me invalid email. I can login just fine through the web browser...using the very same email address/password combination.

Very bad and unintuitive ux. Didn't apply the coupons. Wonder what offshore development team built this.

Wants permission to access absolutely everything on my phone: contacts, photos, make calls, even my flashlight. Android lets me lay the smackdown on that level of invasiveness, but the developers should know better.

Thanks for making it possible to key in the tip. Moving the slide made it very difficult to round off the toyal. When may I pay with a Gift Card, use VIP Rewards, or add a coupon which doesn't have a code (such as current Free Appetizer). Although Mobile Pay is now working better, the order process still has many glitches. Often it is hard to get the order customized to leave off certain toppings, etc. The drop down options oftem do not allow me to remove the check mark. Typed requests in the Customize box seem to be ignored. freezes on restaurant's Wi-Fi. So, I have to use my own data plan to pay the bill. App correctly calculates tip on PRE-discounted amount. After 2 years, app has stopped working. I had to reinstall it then all my acct info has disappeared. Tried to create a new one and functions do not work. I give up.

Fix the calendar it's not user friendly. Should be able scroll not arrow through multiple years.

I love BJ's, but this app is horrible. The wait-list never works, and most the other features work only once in a while.

App lacks user-friendly touch for entering credit card expiration date. Should be simple.

Love B's and all things your app does, love coupons and deals ... HOWEVER, considering becoming an ex customer over your new bread/rolls policy. Insane!! My husband recently ordered most expensive item on your menu and was informed he would have to pay over $5 to get rolls. What other restaurant does this ?? None I know. Sad BJ's has come to this. Is this a .CA thing??

App was great now can't redeem PTS. Has coupons that are no longer valid. Everything went bad when they changed points.

Need a simple method to input birthday. Tried 3 times then gave up. Hard to go back 70 years.

The date routine is jacked up. Month by month scrolling backwards from 1999. Ridiculous fix this pronto!

The app is extremely slow, logs me out every 5 minutes, and, today, used an absurd amount of battery life getting my location (Android says the GPS was used for 8 hours by the app today), despite the fact that I haven't used the app in two days. Whoever programmed this app should be fired.

Your app randomly delayed my selected pickup time by 4 hours. Now I get to wait for something I ordered nearly an hour ago.

App could not find my original acct I'd nor my email (although I manage to receive notifications in this email, and calendar to enter FOB makes you scroll through all 12 months until you reach the year in which you were born. After finally reaching the year and submitting I received a error stating service not available

Twice i used the early check in and when i arrived my name was not on the list. I had to resubmit my name and contine to wait. Im not impressed with the app.

It is pretty useless. None of the reward offers actually appear in the app.

I typically have problems with the app opening when I need it to open. This has caused me to miss out on points.

I've been going to BJ'S FOR a while now and I've been wowed everytime. Great food, great service, and great a drinks. #teambjs

I would have given 4 star but I don't see support of adding gift cards , I have to manually give the gift card to waiter so cannot pay via app
