Photobucket - Save Print Share

The app simply doesn't work. According to the photobucket app it's trying to host 3rd party in its own app. So both app and web browser doesn't work anymore. If I'm expected to buy a subscription, then they need to get this fixed ASAP or ill simply just close my account and throw away 6k of images

I've had photobucket for years and have loved it. However, this app keeps crashing and I only get a black screen when I sign on. It's utterly useless!

I had some really meaningful pics on there and now cant access them.. beyond pissed... take it for every neg review u see, DONT INSTALL OR USE PHOTOBUCKET FOR YOUR PICTURES. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Couldn't upload photos... frustrating to use. Wouldn't load photos in my gallery from years ago that I loaded from a PC. Then told me I was over my usage and they were taking down my photos.

When I try to view my photos, there is a pic of an ad that says i need to go to the website and upgrade my account for $300... seems like a scam. Do not download

This app does not work. Every time I open it, it won't load any of my photos that are already on the site. I have to go go to photobucket in my browser to upload/view any of my pictures.

If I cant view my own image from your own app. I have to pay for viewing my own photos in your own app??? Then, please just give me back my photos please.... I want to take all of my photos back. I rather save it on another app or media.

Before the update the app was good. Can't upload images directly from the gallery, loads of ads and app always has errors. Don't bother with it

WARNING, DO NOT UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES TO PHOTOBUCKET!!!!!! The company has changed its policies and now all of a sudden no longer wants us to upload our images and link them on our favorite chat forums or websites the way its always been done. As a result they have started emailing thousands of people worldwide telling us parts of our user service is going to be locked down or disabled. If we want to use our Photobucket service the way we previously were PHOTOBUCKET wants £300 a year for a special premium service. The can go and f**k themselves! Apparently, the moment people receive their extortion email it seems to become increasingly difficult trying to download our existing images from Photobucket to transfer away from there service, I wonder why??? This company has effectively introduced a RANSOMWARE policy, so avoid using them at all cost! Message states : Your account has been restricted for excessive usage and 3rd party hosting. In order to restore 3rd Party Hosting, please upgrade to the Plus500 Membership Plan. I have less than 50mb of images and this is how they go on. Now i cant even download my albums from photobucket .. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Confusing to use. Does not allow uploads to outside websites anymore (or I couldn't figure it out). Very poor compared to what it used to be.

Simply DOES NOT WORK!...force closes when you open it....if it does open...miss the old app....plus can't retrieve old pics without paying. Its been a good ride....bye guys..

Worst app...photos showed up and didnt even put them there..cant even delete old pictures or albums...this app suck

Loved the old Photobucket before this new update now I can't even delete any photos I even went through the help menu and nothing

Photobucket gained popularity years ago as a nice website that allowed you to store your pictures and share them with the world free of charge free of hassle. The company has lost sight of its origin and its purpose and has instead moved on in the most greedy and brutal pursuit of monetary gratification. They have neglected and abused their long standing customers with new policies that they justify by comparing themselves to what they never were and pleading that they are now the lesser of evils so you should still stay with them. I am very disappointed to see one of my favorite organizations come to this. Their PLUS 500 program even restricts me from viewing my own pictures from within their application. This is wholly wrong. I don't think it's wrong for the company to make money from ads and pro memberships but I do find it disgusting the way they have decided to not only create a hostile customer experience for those not in their special program with a baragement of ads and slow load speeds that prevents the user from being ABLE to use the site correctly AND that they also gave no considerations to their long standing members. I'm sorry to say I will now have the begin the excrutiatingly slow process of pulling all of my photos from the website and turning my back on Photobucket forever.

It is not letting me see my pictures instead it keeps saying to go to Photobucket.comp500 what's going on I've used this for almost 10 years and now I can't even see my own photos

You should be ashamed of yourselves. That's extortion plain and simple.

Even before the ransomware, the app still didn't let you access or add to your photobucket account. Why do I need a photobucket app that can't access photobucket.

Am I not supposed to be able to upload photos to my photobucket account from my phone? Im new to photobucket and I thought that was the point of having an account as well as the app on my phone. I wonder how you think creating an app that allows you to just view the pics already on your phone is "new" or "fresh". This is an excellent app for viewing advertisements though, which seems to be its only purpose. Ill be deleting the app and my photobucket account as soon as I find a replacement. Be sure to not fire the person who created the app. Instead, fire the brilliant American corporate "minds" who think people cant tell the difference between an advertisement and an app. The CEO should fire all of upper management and then immediately fire him or herself.

Entire purpose of having this on my phone was to upload my pics to my photobucket albums. Thanks to this "update" there is no option to upload snything. So now it's just something that crashes constantly. F U photobucket! Tired of your overbearing adds that work better than this POS app!

Seemed okay but my daughter uploaded a pic of her friend to my bucket. I figured I would just delete it but I couldn't. I couldn't find a delete photo option anywhere. I had to go the website to do it. Why have the app when it can't do the most basic of tasks like deleting a photo? Uninstalled and not happy.

Ever since the last update this app is really terrible. It took me weeks of talking to customer service to figure out why my pictures were no where to be found. Only to realise that the app just doesnt really work on my phone. Trying to use the app to back up any pictures is the biggest waste of time they NEVER show up in my albums if i use the app.

Terrible! I installed this app on several android devices and am not able to see one single picture. It shows the number of pictures in each but when I go on, I don't see any pictures, just black screen and oh yeah, the ads. Those work of course. What's going on photobucket? Please fix this for me. I have pictures of my newborn baby saved with you and I don't want to lose them.

Update Killed The App. I don't understand how this hasn't been fixed by now? It's been months. I personally will be migrating all of my photos (using my PC since the app JUST DOESN'T WORK) to another cloud based service. It would be different if the problem was getting addressed but I haven't seen Photobucket acknowledge anyone's complaint. Cheers, it was great while it lasted!

I use to use photobucket all the time but I'm not paying 400 dollars a year just to view some old pictures I uploaded on here! You guys officially suck, now! Either fix the problem, or I'll just close my account! You wonder why you have so many negative reviews. 10,000 is a lot! Like I said, used to be helpful. Now you are all money hungry. $400 just to view a few pictures is pathetic.
