It simply doesn't even open. Don't waste your time

Not a user friendly program at all. There is no customer service phone number to call, just customer service by email at all times of the day. The guides are somewhat unclear and leaves room for second guessing. I have gotten this to work only a handful of times. The rest of the time I'm trying to figure out what's changed.

Downloaded the app to use for a 50th bay party. Tried to open but all I got was a message which said trying to connect to server. The app never started up. The tablet had a full bars Internet connection, so evidently the problem is the app's server.

For anyone having issues it will almost always stem from your pc side of the deal. The android server required to communicate with the app is not easy to master and will cause you issues. However after 2 hours of trying I figured it out and other than the occasional few seconds of disconnection that most likely is our mifi losing 4g it works fine. It could use more size options, interface customizations, and more GS choices to make it 5 star but maybe future updates will allow for that.

Lots of people are complaining about the PBC app not connecting to server. I just downloaded the app on 3/13/16 and found that the issue is still unresolved. Went to the company's website and saw that numerous people's questions on the topic have gone unanswered. So infuriating!!!!

Does not work, just says "connecting to server"

Just an update for everyone who is having the same issue as me with connecting to server, I emailed the person in charge of the software and he informed me that in order for the app to even work on the tablet it has to first be connected to the computer that runs the compatibility software and apparently that is why it just keep a saying connecting to server because it is looking for that software on the PC. It would be nice if they explained that better in the notes under the app but I hope this helps

Stuck connecting to server. Was not able to use it on my iFive X2.

I installed it and re installed like 4 time and it wont open

I have the trial software and I just get connecting to server. Any instructions on how to use this?

Amazing app

I installed a trial version of the PC software and the Android app. The Android app just shows "Connecting to Server" I couldn't locate any instructions on how to use this app.

I was able to get this to work one time. The next time i open the app, it just closes after searching for the app for a few seconds.
