Photofly - Free Photo Prints

I have had nothing back to the countless emails I have sent.... or to the previously reviews left on here.... I still went ahead and ordered more pictures from direct from my album storesd on my phone (as thsys the only way it's letting me) it took my money. But months later I still haven't received them?

I ordered 7 by 5 inch photos and was sent 5 by 5, tried to contact them with no success. Ordered again and they have sent exactly the same size as before. Won't be using these again.

I read the reviews and still ordered! My mistake! Such a big disappointment. Never again. I hope that nobody will do the same mistake, ordering from this site!!!

Took my money then errored before uploading any of the pictures and is asking me to purchase them AGAIN. Fume. Still awaiting a reply to my email

After reading some of the reviews you'd be very reluctant to order any photos,but I decided to see for myself. I'm so glad I did my photos were lovely and the quality was excellent . It's so easy to use and they do send you a confirmation email. I've just ordered my next set of 50 free photos with only the p@p to pay. Which is a bargain. Thank you Photofly

I gave this give stars so you'd read it. It's 3.99 shipping on five photos....started at 1.99 for one.... seriously there are wayyy better apps with better prices.

Lovely photos. Super fast service. Had a slight problem with one of my orders - technical thing, photos didn't upload properly. Was told to re-order and I'd be refunded. Did this and emailed them to confirm. Literally within 5mins had a reply! Email was sent after 9pm also so super impressed!

Have only just got the app. Submitted my photos. Had a query after I had submitted them. The team e-mailed me quickly after my enquiry. After a few more e-mails my query was sorted! Such efficiency! I am so impressed with them, especially as it was my error! A very good customer relationship which means alot. Looking forward to receiving the photos. Thank you Photofly!

Photofly's picture are beautiful! But, the best thing is that when I had a problem with an order, their Customer Service responded quickly to resolve the matter. I will have a long relationship with Photofly!!!

Created a new order today, while checking out I thought it would be awesome if I could use paypal! I just received my prints via mail to an APO box. It's so great to now have my photos outside of my phone! They were better than expected. And they answered any questions right away!

Ordered some pictures from them a couple of weeks back to then receive an email telling me my photos hadn't uploaded properly. Was told if I returned to the app there would be a resume option, there was not. Emailed them back stating this and asking for assistance. That was 2 weeks ago and have received no response or order but have still been charged for it!! Disgusting service, do NOT use as you may end up paying for items you don't receive like myself

Sent an email to Photofly re my order that was uploaded & they replied to me personally very quickly confirming that it was being dealt with. I'm now looking forward to receiving my prints. Very good service.

Ordered pics almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my pics never got a order number to check on my pics have contacted these ppl n have gotten no response but they sure took out the money fast so not impressed with this app

Just ordered my first order and it is awesome to order right from my phone (where all my pictures are right now). Took about 30 minutes but so worth it. Update: first set turned out great (but I'm not expecting pro photographer results either). I had some issues with my second order but due to an amazing customer service team, I'll be receiving my second order soon! Overall, easy to use app, good editing tools, great customer service and good quality photos for scrap booking!
