PhoneWatch Alarm

One of the selling points of the alarm is the ability to control from the phone, but it's far too unreliable. Never arms when i try and sometimes when it is armed the app says it isn't, so i cant turn it off.

Takes ages to disarm and arm via app... Sometimes crashes or hangs... Very disappointed

After a few wobblers possibly caused by myself it now seems to work fine.Problem was more likely caused by my phones settings and/or antivirus.Overall I am a happy bunny with it

Through alarm system itself is grea but the app is a let down recently. Takes ages to set and some times fails to set so you have to do it manually.

Disappointing App. Needs more development. Unfortunately there does not seem to be an alternative.

No longer working. System unavailable error regardless of whether I am on WiFi or 4g. Pretty much useless.

Phonewatch is a good system, but it's totally & utterly let down by this useless app. Only works half the time, the rest it just says failed to activate alarm - great :(

This app is pure rubbish,works when it wants,which is never,please try and upgrade,no point otherwise...

Having problems with logging in please fix this asap. I can get into account online but not on the app need the app urgently. Please fix soon

Loads of problems, unable to set or unset the alarm by the app, not working in the last mounth at all, please fix.

I get home and disarm the alarm, check the app and it says it's still armed. Disarm on the app and it shows the history and that the alarm was already disarmed.

Push notifications not working

App worked great for the 1st day but even when it arms or disarms the app tells me it has failed and is not giving the correct status of the alarm. Totally useless,if the app tells you the alarm is armed and your house gets robbed while the alarm is actually off are you guys going to take responsibility for it

Wont log on or when it does it shows wrong status. Great when it worked,please fix.

Takes too long to update i put alarm on say at 3 / 3.30 i didnt get notification the alarm was on till 4.. plz fix thanks

Worked for 3 weeks then simply stoped. Absolutely useless! After the money people spend on alarm installation and monthly fees you would of thought sector alarm would fix this directly. . . . But no :(

We have 2 phone watch alarms one in our home and the other in the garage. Would be great of I could control both from one account rather than having to sign out of one and sign into the other

Sometimes doesn't show the correct state. It's like the events don't get refreshed

As useful as an ashtray on a motor bike . I'm not getting full use from my subscription to this system and I'm not happy .

Have un installed and reinstalled but still not working
