I like this app because I can then use my cell phone to make calls to anywhere in the world from a US number. All I need is a high speed connection. That part is great. There is a problem in that when you press the keyboard icon during a call it leads to a keypad that does not work during a call. The good news is that there is a workaround. Instead of pressing that keypad icon, press the handset icon at the top left of the screen. That will lead to a keypad that works during the call to do things like entering your account number, PIN, or other option when prompted by the other end.

Waste App Doesn't Work at all and UI is Pathetic

The keypad doesn't work while I am in a call. I can't select menu items, enter an extension or enter authentication codes. It also looks and functions like it is outdated

Was good but now slow, unreliable, removed favorites (unbelievable !!! Best feature)... why break things that work??

The app works OK but it lacks the ability to exit. Instead of exit, the app has hide. Hide is not exit. Basically, the app runs all the time.

No keys are not working during the phone call

Excellent service and great App.

Features are nice (recording esp.) but call quality needs improvement. Over a 12/6 down/up, 26ms ping connection there should be *zero* jitter. The proximity screen off also needs work; I'm face-mashing buttons constantly. Please improve.

The caller's voice has a lot of interruption when the app is not on the screen. When I bring the app on the screen, the caller sounds fine.

ZTE axon 7 no way to exit app, no way to adjust settings. My other phone has access to menus via 3 dots my axon 7 does not

Doesn't work worth a damn for me. Service is abysmal. I think this is little more than a scam.

DialTone does not work any more after the app update on Feb 1. Whenever I press the button it appears that no tone is send and it keeps asking me to press a number. Please fix it ASAP.

Works fine. It _REALLY_ needs a way to turn it off when I do not want it to be running. As is, if I want it to stop running I have to uninstall the app. Simply adding a [ ] Disable option would make this app perfect.

Works well mostly. It works with the Bluetooth in my car. My main problem is that when I answer the home phone, most of the time the app on my cell phone continues ring until I reject or ignore the call on my cell phone. This only happened occasionally with the old version of the app. I'm also getting two notifications for each missed call, they each have different icons too. Weird. Please fix it.

The only thing I'd recommend is making the answer screen swipe-to-answer. Many times I've pocket answered or hung up while handling the phone and it's ringing.

Tested with Google Nexus 5 after upgrading from Android 5.1.1 to 6.0. Instantly crashes on every start-up attempt.

Galaxy S3. Cannot answer many incoming calls; caller can hear me, but I cannot hear them. Often drops calls even with good signal. Regularly stops working & displays error message; resetting app &/or phone doesn't help. Many bugs. Terrible app.

CS says two but they are wrong. Works well on my Moto G but the speakerphone does not work on my Moto E. Oh well, can't use it anyway.

Changing call forwarding from app on my Note 4 does not work. Only works by going on line with Chrome.

Latest update removed ability for tablet to act like phone. Now app has to be the only app running to work.

Was working fine in lollipop but not working in Marshmallow. App crashes...:(??

I have it at home and it's very good

Worked for the first 3 calls then stopped working.

Very sporadic and may not work for days on end. Half the time when a call will come in it won't take the call. I find this on both of our phones which are different. This app has not worked right since they came out with it a couple years ago. Not a priority to them.

First, be aware that the quality of the call is based on your wireless signal quality and speed. This app allowed me to make calls while traveling in Europe and not have to worry about long distance calling rates. Also, I was able to take important calls from my home phone while on the road. This is a great tool to have, but, as mentioned before, it's all about the quality and speed of the Internet where you are at.

I got a call from Phone power support who explained how to pull up the settings on my note 4. To do this press and hold down the menu button and the settings will pop-up. Thanks for the call back support.

Click2call does not work after upgrade....FIX IT
