PhonePe – Money Transfer, Recharge & Bill Payment

Who the hell are you to force me to provide access to my SMS. I would have many personal SMS, who are you to read it.? If your apps intention is to provide service, you should have kept this option open to customers. If you are forcing to provide access to my personal data, then the intention seems to take customers personal data. Not sure why this app is well rated and why users are not serious about providing access to personal data. Very sad. Service is also not great. Call me back facility is down even at business hours

It is the only app where we get really genuine cashbacks in our account. It is not like others like freecharge or paytm. They give you offer only for first few recharges after that no offer. That is why I stopped using those apps. I hope that phonepe app will never stop giving me cashbacks on all my transactions.

It's fake app, when I was recharged my no it's message from phone pay that recharge was successfully done, but I'll not get any message from my operator and also balance too. I'll try tree recharges on this app all three transactions are successfully from phone pay ,but there are no balance on mobile number. And customer care with message not working , they do not responded Very bad experience

My mobile number is not getting verified even after several attempts. I don't have any issues with network but showing check cellular network. Now my money in wallet is useless !!! App need improvements! Can anyone help me resolve it????

It's waste app.. don't waste your money.... I.made transaction two times two times money deducted.. one transaction amount refunded but I can't get back that amount to my bank account ... All reviews are wrong... Waste

Your support is the worst compared to any app I have ever used! 1. You guys don't callback even after promising one in 72 hours! I still haven't received any callback. 2. Sometimes your replies are copy paste from someone's issue without even changing the name. 3. Your responses are the most absurd ones as sometimes it doesn't relate to the issue I have raised. UPI is the magic not phonepe. At the least you can have is better support to deal with unwanted issues coming from your side.

This app completely sucks..Why the hell did you people release the app without proper validations.. the online transaction does not work..I have tried purchasing from Spencer through your app as you people promised to give 15% cash back.. when I tried to pay money with my card the transaction failed showing an error that something cannot be null..amount got deducted. Also when trying to add money to wallet with it did not work, money is debited from account this time also..I had to pay with my own card as this app sucks..what is the whole point in you people showing cash back if the transaction does not work properly

It is wow just wow.. I dont hv to use neft service of my bank now as with upi i can trf money easily. Bt please assist as how to add cards

The app is good no doubt about it but the customer service is not good at all.. The customer care executive will get back to you in 72 hours but no one contacts you.... This is the worst part of this app plz kindly look into it and solve the queries as early as possible

Friends please don't download this app.They are making people fool. Its been already 8 days and till now I have not received any cash back . Call service is offline . Such fraud app to use.

The app is great to use with an easy to understand GUI and a structured menu. The popularity however is questionable as one doesn't find the option to use the app for payment at most places under wallets tab. And reduces the scope of the money with my account.

On transactions money gets deducted but doesn't reach merchant csshback is stuck for years. Customer care is least bothered to respond to queries. Nit recommended this app sucks. Now somebody mails me n says there is no cashback ur txn is invalid please do not use this PAYTm the best. Big no

Very bad experience... Flipcart suggest for this app foe refund... Refund money by flipcart. ... Bt when i send wallet balance in my account, then not deposited in bank acc. Their are no call back facilities available .. directly loss my money this redaculas app ... Plz don't use this app.... Paytm is best..

I have liked the smoothness of the app. Easy navigation and above all, things are very well organised and prioritised unlike other UPI apps. Also have never faced any problem so far.

I got no cashback on linking UPI n flipkart transaction. This app is fooling. They gave me a ticket no. when i raised a complaint. I got this app uninstalled from more than 67 friends and asked them to rate it single star.

I've just installed the APP i didn't use it yet, but i just liked the way you responded to the rest of the user comments. 5th star when I'm satisfied with App. Good Luck Team.

Olnly one thing plz dont download dis app the worst experience i ever had with ny app... it was struggling experience....i made a payment of 740 of gas bill through dis app n after failed processing they took 20 days to refund my money n dat to i visited my bank to claim it back which was time consuming bcoz if ur paying it online you r very much eligible to recieve ur money through online dats y a strong request to every1 plz dont download dis headache..n dis 1 star is only for the effort they made to refund my money

I think this aps deserves 4 star. Overall performance is very good but some time transaction failed, please fix that type of issue.good experience, fast transaction, working good in 2g network also very interesting cashback its help to me a better deal with any type of transaction.

This is fake app I have recharged two time and both times my amount has debited to bank and recharge failed.I lose 549 Rupee By phone pe. My balanace back not found.

My transaction got failed and money got deducted. I tried to contact support but no response. I wants to know how can I contact call center.

Very unreliable app. Made a payment for my flipkart order through phone pe. But the payment was not reflected to flipkart. Complained many times but no response , only fake promises.

This app does not deserve even single star. amount was deducted two times but recharge was failed and they blocked the deducted amount for 7-9 days excluding sat sun so it will reach 12-13 days almost. Worst app i have ever seen

Sir app is OK but need some improvement. Not able to Do Special Recharge of Docomo No. In Maharashtra even they provide us very good various plans on various No.s Plz try to clear it as soon as possible

A lot of bug in this app . If u will share this app through the whatsapp and if this link is open in the browser it is may occur in some mobile phone like Vivo and sony so after than install there are no money for transfer because according to phonepe app there are no not installed from your referral link .bcs after opening in browser link is finished and this link also not open directly in play store and also there are no recharge in reliance occur and airtel option is not listed...totaly fake app!

In case of emergency I needed the amount in my phone pe wallet back in my bank account . Due to lack of response and such confusing and difficult system I was unable to do so. I seriously regret downloading this application. I couldn't complete my work on time. Being a college student and living away from parents we do not have money all the time in our hands. In the need of the hour this app turned out to be useless. I don't even want to give it one star. I would like to make a lower rating , if possible.The customer care services are very very poor .

I Couldn't verify my phone number after several attempts. Though I'm having a good strength of cellular networks it is asking me check it up . worst app ever used .prefer chillar app

The worst app ever My transaction was pending for more than 3 days and they will debited from my account but no money added in my wallet I was asking for exucativ but no response was given

Pathetic app. Several times I tried to register but no use. All other money wallet apps are quick to register and phone pe is a worst app.

It's simply great app and services, I loved it, and anyone who said it's fake and useless, actually that reviewing person is fake and useless and bla bla bla... A big thank you to the developers, who develop such a great and useful app like this.

Did the latest update. The second tab 'offers' contains pictures, they reload each time i switch to a new tab and come back. It takes about 3 seconds to load each time making the user wait. Hope u can fix it.

Paytm is better than phone pe. Once your money stuck out here it's take to much time. like they get intrest from of it. Very slow process to back money.

5 out of 10 transactions are failing every time and I have to wait one or two days to receive that money. Every time I'm facing problems that I'm not able to Use my money.

Unable to trnasfer amount to bank. Its asks for verify the phone number and device. But verification will not be complete .. I cant transfer even 1000 rupees since 3 days. Fake app

Pichle 1 week se try kar raha hu mera united Bank of India ki account add karne ki . Mobile no bhi registered hai . Error-XH

Customer service is very slow and I didn't get cashback for my transactions. Restrictions are put later after transactions. Request customer service to be quick because transactions can be cancelled
