I am not sure why they had to made is to hard to get the access code. There are no FAQs on where to look for it either. I had initially purchased the ebook but then Amazon told me that I had to buy a paperback version for the access code. There is hardly any price difference between the ebook and paperback so why the ebook customer does not get an access - simply ridiculous. As if the sellers have not thought it through. So I had to buy the paperback version as well. Since I travel for work for most of the time, I had to order the book at my parent's house. They are old and although can read fairly well but they are unable to find the access code as there are no proper instructions. Poor them, they are now sending photos of each page! I have seen a heaps of complaints about access code. What a waste of time for something which should be so simple and easy.
