Vacasa Employee App for Android
It seems this app is only going to work for either android OR iPhone. It Worked great before this new "update" yet my boss with a iPhone had problems . Doesn't allow me to even sign in any longer. While your fixing it how about adding the ability to upload a pdf or screenshot (for milage and cell phone reimbursement). I was told all I needed to work for vacasa is a smart phone, reliable transportation, and the ability to clean. Im doing my part (5stars) I expect more from this app.
So I love that I can have quick access to my schedule and lockbox codes without having to go through the dashboard in my browser. I HATE that I can not use the hours tracker because it's trying to log me out still from 3 weeks ago. I dislike that you can not read all of the information. It cuts off when there are extra things written and no way to expand to read it all. I would also like to see features such as notifications of a new clean or one removed. Overall good concept with room for improvement.

I can't do my job correctly and efficiently with this app! It's AWFUL! It has to be re-installed several times a day, such a waste of time. Please Vacasa, please FIX this!!
Needs a lot of work
This app sucks. It never works unless I uninstall and reinstall it before use. According to some of my coworkers, it's even worse on iphones. It's slow, it's faulty, and it's not very well put together. I usually just use the information from my daily email. The only thing I use this app for is to get the latest version of my housekeeping schedule since the emails are only sent out once a day and they constantly change. I'm only giving it one star because zero stars is not an option.
Every time I click on the notes to read the rest of the assignment the app freezes.
This is the fourth time I have had to Uninstall and reinstall this app because it stops working, I agree to the idea of push notifications but in relation to that the company should take more responsibility in communicating changes. It would also be nice if the app supplied not only the house ID number but also the name like our emails say and if partnered with another employee that it shares that info too.
The app stops working and the only way to fix it is to delete it and redownload it. It would also be nice if it had push notifications to notify you when new tickets and cleans are assigned to you. More importantly when they are removed.

When you go into your scheduled clean section, it doesn't let you scroll down when you expand the day. It would also be nice if all the info that is on the website was available on the app too. Like is it a B2B, etc.
