When I login in. It tells me to download the app and when I downloaded the app and try to sign in. It STILL tells me to download the when I'm logging in the app

White blank screen. Timed out. Can't log in after registration. I validated it with my gmail and it was blank screens everywhere after that..uninstalling. Now.

I always paid my bill online. Now it keeps telling me to download the app but I'm trying to log in on the app! Very inconvenient. Now I have to drive up to the store which is across town just to pay it!! This need to be fixed asap!!

I registered on the actual website and got an alert to download the app to pay the bill. Downloaded this app and it says to download the app... while I'm on the app. Fix this please!

Car insurance

App won't let you sign in using your login information that you use online and you can't register on the app because it doesn't even recognize your policy information. Needs a lot of work!!!

Just because everyone has an app now doesn't mean that you have to overly complicate things. I just want to pay my bill but I have to jump through hoops with this bull. The website was fine guys. This is ridiculous, I mean if you want an app, at least make it work right.

I've been giving this app a chance for the last 6 months. Every time I have to pay my bill I try to use it and every month is the same... I'm already registered at the Web page so I thought the user would be the same... Tried and didn't work. Tried registering again. Didn't work either. So now that's been 6 months of trying I can absolutely sure say that this app is just useless if your trying to pay or log in or register...

I got this after I got my truck insured with UAIC and it has mad it so easy to pay my bill and to have my insurance card with me and never half to look for it. Grate app....

I created an account and cant log in

As of late this app won't work. It won't let me log in, make a payment or get my insurance card. I keep getting a pop-up error message and it doesn't work like it used to. Keeps saying "net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"

I had no problem with this app on my Samsung S5 Made a payment without having to register & got my confirmation email, thanks!

I installed this app thinking it would be easy to make a payment but, it's not keep saying error and I tried it 4 times and make sure my information was correct. Keep saying error all over again please fix ASAP..!!

This app is horrifically slow and inefficient. It must need some software upgrades. Very dissatisfied...
