Login doesn't work. Stupid system

Leaderboard for speed doesn't show my name even though my track tied for 2nd place. Please fix!

This app is a waste of time. Basic functions work, but when I tried to see CRU members it just spins. Use SkiTracks instead.

Started tracking. Meandered around at the bottom then Got on the lift at whiteface. Did the full run. Got to the bottom and checked. 0 runs 0 vertical feet 0 mph. Garbage.

App still kills battery at an alarming rate, first time using it since 2012 for that reason. Also, I forgot to turn it off and it tracked my drive home, no edit feature to remove that segment. Use Ski Tracks instead.

Used it at the mountian all day, was tracking all day until the last run. I go to check it and it has no info ???? Killed my battery and didn't give me a chance to save my run.

Difficult to get the tracking started and saved. Haven't gotten all the info on a run yet.

Ok. Seems to give reasonable starts. However only reports summary of data, no speed over time or max speed per run. Will be using Sportler instead.

Got the app to keep track of firends in the mountain, took some time to find how to setup the whole thing, it drained all our batteries and was unable to help us find each other (didn't see any pin for the others in the map) compared with other free tracking apps that I used it didn't give me a drill down of each lap, nor their name. So at the end it offered no value at all to me.

So far, so good. Some of the data seems off( total vertical and speed, compared to my other apps). Love the idea of being able to find people in real time.

Love the app! Did the update, a few bumps, but the app seems to have corrected itself. Still easy to navigate and just fun to use.

It does a pretty good job at tracking the day although is not very social with Facebook. Pretty tough to find friends that have the app. I wrote this review over a year ago, not much has changed. App has so much potential but is lacking in the basic areas. Still difficult to just invite friends via a basic text or email. Does not integrate well with Facebook. The app has all these features for keeping tabs with friends, locating them, chatting with them, etc yet impossible to invite them.... Maybe I will just go back to the Trace Snow app.

Worked fine for a month, then started hanging up and crashing. Got new phone, same problems. When it does "work" it does not log properly. Did not work 60% of the time, the remaining 40% was missing runs, wrong speeds, etc. I contacted customer support several times, they only got back with me half the time, always after several days, never quickly. I was only responded to 1/2 the time. My initial problems were in November; "Resolution" (my saying forget it, not worth the bother) was in January. Snowcru's response times are horrible. They only improved the past few days, at which point the writing was on the wall (too late). It's unfortunate that it takes multiple e-mails to get someone to actually do something more than a 1 sentence reply. Like I said, it appears "customer service" is not a priority, they are busy doing something else. Snocru did eventually offer a refund, but it was only after over 6 weeks of back and forth communications, and getting charged again for another year, after the removal and re-installation of their program. The new version wiped out all of my previously data logged. The whole point of the app was to review data and review it. :-/

Pixel. Android 8.1.0 Crashes. Loses history. Not intuitive. Doesn't sync. Speeds are wrong. Location is wrong.

Since update it hangs on login. Have forced stopped but when I open it again it is still hung on login. Even Uninstalled/Installed. Where is support?

Updated app is cluttered and confusing. Navigating through this app has become absolutely horrid.

Just about everything in this app requires an active Internet connection - if you are at a mountain with spotty or no cell coverage, nothing works.

So far used it 18 times and it's only calculated 4 days on the competitive side of 9f it. Not as accurate as expected and paid for one season. Can't track other friends. Pretty sure it keeps deleting all my contacts. It's pretty much just good for tracking your speed and vertical descent and even then I got clocked once at 90 which is obviously false..Deff needs some more app development.

Love it, clever capabilities such as determining your ski area by GPS. Speed density maps are super cool, I can relive those sweet runs. But could use some fixes: share only allows Facebook and Twitter and reports wrong top speed; maps load slow.

App has potential. Cons: Speed accuracy seams to be a little miscalculated. Does not separate runs in a tracking session. Hard to dissect individual run information. Tracks direction of lift but does not separate it out of the tracked run. Paying for tracking is kind of a bummer considering there are apps out there that do it for free. No ablity to share a specific run or a full days session of all runs to a social media platform. Pros Near me feature has worked well when locating other "Cru" members. Design is simplistic and readable. Having designated members of a group that you constantly do things with is a great. With some work and ingenuity the tracking is not far from being very good if not top notch. Implementation of resorts, news, and weather is simple and easy to use.

Crashes, super slow to update location, and no option to add cru without sharing all your contacts. Tried to use one day and uninstalled.

Pretty good concept, but you can't add anyone to your cru, so pretty much pointless

Noticed something weird in gear list... 2 slots for boots like you would wear 2 different brands 1 for each foot, and we would want to see snowboard as an option there instead of ski. Edit: noticed one of the boots is supposed to be the snowboard. And how oftan do you update your resorts info, let's say in Scandinavia?

This app has so much potential to be huge, but I honestly dont think that people will be willing to pay for a season pass to unlock all of the features. If the features for free members were expanded some, then this app would be excellent. Side note: it wont let me delete my saved tracks.
