Received Wrong item compared to prescription. Complained 3 times on customer care. Each time received response someone else will call in 30 minutes to take action but still nothing and no complaint tracking number to follow up. Note to Customers, check your medication with prescription before consuming. Correct medicines were delivered later evening with reimbursement of difference in money. Thanks.

Most ridiculous app , l ordered my medicines 2 times. They called me 5 times to confirm details. And in the evening I got a sweet message, can't deliver the medicine, it's out of stock. Most frustrating app..... don't ever use it, even if they offer 100% discount.

I am waiting for 2 days that doctor will come give me valid prescription but now days its a fake app doctor not come or call this u provide facilities to consumers I already email u

Pharmeasy should store and verify the prescription by a pharmacist in their database and once the customer uploads the verified prescription while ordering the medicines they should not insist on again collecting the already verified prescription. This would save time and cost on collecting the prescription every time for delivery of medicines .It would also avoid the customer to entertain the delivery personnel twice . In short medicines should be directly delivered on the verified prescription on which medicines were delivered in the past.

My order No.M1314950, I haven't received my medicine till Now, when I checked my status of Order it say delivered, I was surprised, when I called it says busy at the moment , these people are really playing with people's life, They don't care us, worst Service by Pharmeasy :(

Absolutely horrible app. Customer care is always busy when you call them. But when i finally had to cancel my order because I got tired, suddenly, customer care had 5 representatives who called me separately. Each of them was equally clueless about the issue

After doing too many complaints but still they are not solve the on time delivery issues.. Customer care is also very poor...

As has been noticed by so many others, I have also observed that this ppharmeasy lakhs manufacturers support and are not able to find the actual source of ordered medicines. In fact when I ordered CITFOL PLUS TABLETS, they reported back informing it takes ALMOST A WEEK for you to supply the ordered medicines. I WONDER WHETHER THE ORDERED TABLETS WOULD BE MANUFACTURED ON SPECIFIC ORDERS AND MADE TO ORDER. Strange.

Worst & pathetic customer service with unprofessional staff dont know how to speak with customers. Delivery boys are drugs & alcholoic addicted (charsi) . They speak in unuseable language. After keeping on hold to me for 2 day they said medicine is out of stock and forcefully cancelled my order. No body pickups the call in customer care . In my view its better to use any other pharmacy app other this unprofessional guys.

PATHETIC. I uploaded prescriptions and also selected the option to manually enter the medicines required. All I have got in the last 9 hours is two annoying calls from some in-house doctors, asking for which medicines I want. I called their number twice but it just put me on endless wait. I had also written to the customer care after first call, but no response so far. WASTE OF TIME!

Time wasting app n stupid doctors. Placed an order of glucose tablets which are helpful in low sugars.firstly they confirmed that they will deliver it. Later they called and said that they are cancelling the order bcoz prescription is old.Doctor don't know that diabetes is for lifetime and hypotab is just a Glucose tablet which don't even need a prescription. First they will call you and confirm the order then they will cancel it.what a stupidity.

Pathetic service and first experience. Ordered medicine and received a call saying order is confirmed. Next day when the delivery was committed, I again got a call saying order is confirmed and would be delivered after 2 days. When I informed that my order os scheduled for a delivery today, I was said delivery cannot be committed. I was rudely told, you can cancel the order.

Pathetic app. First they take orders than start calling confirming than say one medicine prescription not there their doctor will call after 3 of their doctors call & confirm medicine they say we have not received prescription from our doctor. One of the worst nightmare I have faced with ONLY 20 phone calls from their side in a day. Disgusting never ever buy online medicine. Cancelled the order. Relieved.

When a person visit a doctor obviously there will be medical nearby that he will purchase medicines from it, it doesn't make any sense to go to a doctor and avoiding nearby medical then clicking shot and uploading on your app - so instead of limiting your app to prescription based medicines why you can't allow to order medicines freely in which you can put an exception on certain medicines which should only given to a person by doctor prescription. All the Best Team.

Stupid support. If you miss one call of the retailer there is no way to call them. So you have to call the customer service and they'll again say that the retailer will call you back but I haven't received any. I have specified the number of tablets etc clearly but still they want some sort of confirmation. I have waited for the tablets for 3 days! And canceled the order today.

I loved this Aap.. just upload your doctor's prescription and have your medicine at your door step with 20% discount on your medicine and with free home delivery all over Mumbai..etc.. Just install this application and save your money.. I just saved up to 2000/- to 3500/- per month.. Thanks Pharm Easy Team..

Absolute disappointment even after being regular customer. Pathetic CS, team sends an SMS stating send refill order on WhatsApp # for fast processing but no one reverts or even acknowledge. And the worst is they ask for drag prescription on refill order. Can someone explain them the meaning of Refill or reorder

Firstly they kept my order on hold stating I have given wrong prescription. Had to cancel my order as medicine was required immediately. They have lost the so called wrong prescription which actually was the original one. They have huge goofups and the LK Medical dealer in mumbai vikroli is really pathetic in services

Totally worst service, Company need regular customer, they are cancelled my thrice order all different medicine and give me ungenuine reason is that common medicine, and in my office a person order combiflame or paracetamol so they have deliver. It's also common medicine but that is regular patient and that persons wife have medical so some medicine get better discount so that person give order regular in this application.... Understood people... If not understand then just check POGO.

Even after writing text in application while ordering, the person called for phone verification ask for the same. if it is all ready written, why asked? why not just confirmation is taken? very bad experience.

I had sent my job application to Pharmeasy and was surprised to see that my application was rejected even before screening me personally. The reason stated to me was that I am over experienced. Generally companies prefer candidates who are highly experienced but their HR completely has a different things to say. Needless to say that the JD sent to me mentioned the requirement of a highly experienced candidate. I doubt that the company HR may have included people from UP board who doesn't even speak proper English. Not good for a company to overlook such candidature whose mission is to take the business to an extreme level in this highly competitive market. Best wishes to Pharmeasy.

Today I booked medicine in 45-50 mins message come to me we had called customer but i don't pickup, but my mobile is with me. Then i called given no on message to confirm medicine, pharmacist denied to listen and he said we will call within 2 hrs.After that i called customer care i had told them about problem agent said i will arrange call u get call within in some time. But no call from pharmacist.... Poor Customer Care Service.I will never buy medicine again from pharm easy 3 rd class service....

Three times a had placed an order for medicine they cancelled my order, and didn't gave the reason even dint receive a call from pharm easy, i also called to the customer care many times no response..... Instead of placing an order on pharm easy its better to go at medical store to get instant service...

Their retailer act like doctors and decide whether i need my medicine are not. If they feel that i shouldn't have my medicine, they even over rule a highly qualified doctor's prescription.

WORST APP. Delivered wrong medicine. My advice to you is never order in this app.These guys are making is fall is trouble.

Only prescribed med cn be ordered.. even fr regulr medicines like phudin hara we need to get prescribd.. no OTC med avail.. also d procedure fr ordering is pathetic.. refills medicne optns is also nt upto mark.. one of d tedious way to opt fr good discounts

Very poor service. Ordered, followed up with a call, whats app n they don't understand how hospitals work. Doctors prefer to keep patient records so each prescription is in one book n these pharmeasy people don't understand this simpls thing. Useless to explain them

This is the worst co. I have ever seen. The retailers are just causing inconvenience to customers. You deliver 10 medicines and you will get only 1 . This is the reality of this co. Dont use this app, instead use other apps, they are far better.

Pathetic service, poor customer care response. They will confirmed your order and deny to deliver saying stock is not available. Don't trust this guys, if you need medicines in an emergency

Really sad and depressed after last two orders. One order served late and now one is rejected by retailer saying prescriptions is old and 15 days course is written in prescriptions and why am I asking for more medicine n all. Such stupid reason I never heard and if I wouldn't be advised by doctors so why will I order. Anyways either retailers or app policies are drafted by some fools.

worst!! the person who deliver the order at my home charges 200 rs extra from the billed amount. i asked him why this so much amount is extra he said this is the company rules.
