Today I booked a room for the weekend. However I received an email saying that it had been cancelled due to my reservation being fraudulent. They say I was called to confirm the booking and I had not answered. I have nothing in my call log and no text messages to say I had missed a call. I had my phone on and heard the email come in, no call. They will not admit their mistake. They called the wrong number. Rogers however can confirm that I didn't get any incoming calls today.

Nice interface, east to use and find city and days for when and where you want to book a hotel room. Working even in Croatia. Hotel presentation is excellent with picture slideshow and many useful information like services, food etc. Recommended.

Indeed, this app is just what i needed..If i want to travel and i need to find a cheap hotel room for one or more nights, this is the place to look for...it is a real deal finder... We used this hotel finder app, both my brother and when we had a hotel reservation that we can't use, and we sell it on Roomer ...it was great, instead of loosing all the money to cancellation fees and nonrefundable booking rates...good job with this deal finder app!!!

The app booked a room for me that was taken already. Was notified at 6pm the day before the trip saying it was full and there were no other rooms available. I finally had to book the only available hotel in the area myself which was hundreds dollars more a night. I spoke with vast employees, supervisors, and managers and they only would offer me a $40 voucher for their mistake which cost me hundreds of dollars more. Poorly run company due to the software, employees and senior leadership.

Kind of sham for another booking site (Trip Advisor, I think) as all it does is list commonly searchable hotel rooms with nothing special about their rates. Save room on your device and load a real app or Hotels Tonight or something worthwhile... This one is not worth it.

The service may be good, but the app is below the average standards. Seriously, build something native, this is pathetic!
