When you try to make a selection it goes to a loading screen and sits at that screen not allowing you to order.

Works fine. You could just use your browser and do the same thing. Eithger way though.

Screen freezes. I don't understand why a business would allow an app to be so useless!!

#1, this isn't really an app. It takes you to the Lenny's mobile website which isn't bad at first. #2, the website gets stuck "loading" when you select a sandwich. Can't order.

It has NEVER worked. Not once. Not after any update. Never.

I don't think that I'm the only person that uses cash. There should be an option to pay in the store instead of online. It isn't as if the store delivers.

Haven't been able to make an order with it yet. Either it locks up or it won't add items to my cart. Good idea, but needs a big fix.

Once you select your store the app won't go past your account info to order and then if you try and select from menu, you get an error that directs you to the home page. Wish they would fix it.

This app constantly takes you to company's webpage using internet browser, which defeats the purpose. In the end it found the shop closest to me and then opened my phone dailer to call them and place the order.

Can't log in and it doesn't work at all... I'm going to subway now!

Set one up but couldn't login...tried it twice

UNINSTALL for me!Tried to create an acct. several times. @ login a banner each time stated "Acct. not found."Frustrating for me!But Lenny's is assume!

Easy ordering, great food!

Installed app, tried setting up account. Nothing. Would be cool if it worked. Uninstalling.

I personally HATE apps that do nothing but launch a web browser. Kinda defeats the purpose of an app. I can create a web page shortcut on my home screen myself.

Very convenient. Very easy second time around..once info is saved. Glitches seem to be fixed

Tried multiple times and could not get this app to complete checkout. Just call the shop!
