It's a great app to book and pay for my tickets but I am a student and each time I select student it comes up as adult and I always have to correct those assisting me. Also there is no slot to put the reward card number on the form to gain points.

It is really bad to know that you guys have a fare table and new customers won't be able to see unless they login what. Fare table should be visible to anyone.

The app is lacking of some main features. Am not able to check current or past bookings. All I can do is just book a ticket which can be done from the website. I might just uninstall. Needs updating, should even also allow you to change schedule via the app but the site is lacking too so I guess the app will.

Great for reserving tickets, that's all. The date error issue affecting reservation is still an issue. Also, if you pay with this app, the early bird discount is not applied, and it seems that points earned are not applied to account.

Signs me in once. Will not proceed to book my reservation. Signed out now it won't sign me back in nor even resend my password. Overall none of the commands work when selected.

Booked a ticket this morning and logged in to check my reservation but the app does not offer a section to place the reservation code to track my booking plus it does not keep track of my past travels and bookings for points.

I was unable to do a booking. It only allowed me to select a date then all other options were blank. This app needs a serious upgrade
