by I####:

I cannot log into the password protected section nor enter my password. Customer service does return calls or e mails. Update - I spoke to tech support. They tell me their Android app is not compatible with Android. I am serious, unless you have an Ipad, you cannot access subscriber only area with this app. Play Store ratings needs to start having negative number ratings with apps that are such a waste of time.

N70%
by N####:

Must login each article, and many times the app will not work. Fix the app, if you want to keep this subscriber.

X70%
by X####:

Every time I tried to close the banner ad it directs me to the advertisers website. Pretty cheap way to get ad clicks and a good way to get me to uninstall the app.

X70%
by X####:

Seems like it's just a wrapper for their mobile website. Kinda disappointing

U70%
by U####:

The app developers need to fix the back button -- works on all other Business Journal apps for other cities. Also, the email and post to Twitter buttons don't work on my Verizon HTC One.

N70%
by N####:

Agree with all the comments no back button makes it very cumbersome to navigate.

N70%
by N####:

App is horrible. Back button doesn't work amongst other things. Pity, as the content is great and i would consider subscribing if the interface weren't so janky.

N70%
by N####:

I used it for about 10 minutes before uninstalling it because NOT having a working back button was too frustrating . I'd rather use their mobile site and keep my browser's user navigation.

K70%
by K####:

After I read a story I want to be able to go back to the list of stories. Instead I have to go back out to the menu and choose stories again then scroll to where I was. So Janky.

....every time I tap the "read more headlines" button.

O70%

App is much better after the update.

S70%

Can no longer click on articles. Did you do this on purpose? Of so, why even have an app?

S70%
by S####:

This new app is trash.

S70%
by S####:

This new app is horrible! The previous version was perfect, and now it's ruined.

S70%
by S####:

The new version doesn't let us click on any articles. This update took the app from 5 after to uninstall.

S70%
by S####:

Terrible update, less functionality, and less intuitive

S70%
by S####:

Seems like it's just a wrapper for their mobile website. Kinda disappointing

T70%
by T####:

Awful. The old app was much better.

S70%
by S####:

New app is less functional than old app. Also, it only displays in vertical format, so it is not useful on tablet.
