Works ok have trouble getting into act on line. Otherwise great customer service

For me it is really useful I always pay my electric bill through the app and I have never had a problem with it

Works good. Haven't had an issue yet.

There is no place to submit your credit card information on this app... However if you go to the web and click on ways to pay your Just Energy bill and it'll pop up for you to log in and it works from there hope this helps anybody that has this app!

This app has had this problem for a long time. When will you FIX IT!! It's very frustrating when you can't pay your bill from the app

The updates was so pointless if I can't actually pay the bill! Fix the issue!

Please fix the button to submit the card payment info it cuts half of the button off and freezes

I know my password just like others and it won't let me login. Your customer service department is unhelpful, rude and there's no reason half of them should have jobs.

This app should be available for any customer not just post pay customers. I would've loved the app

I have used a lot of aps to pay bills... this one is great in its simplicity... love it! Only thing I wish is that it could save a payment source in the profile so I didnt have to re enter card info every time... ty.

It would be better if the daily and/or weekly usage was able to be accessed through the app. I don't always get the weekly analysis in my email.

Great app but when entering my payment information the app lags a lot. I am using an S3. Please fix.

For some reason all of a sudden they would not let me log in I know my password and I know my username I even tried to reset my password but it won't even let me do that please get back to me so we can fix this issue

All its letting me do is add my account... Its not letting me see my bill...

It worked the first few times but all its done since is freeze. Not worth the storage space it takes up on my phone. I have to pay my bill on the actual website anyways.

It's probably a good app, i just cant tell for sure because it won't let me log in. I used the same required info on the website and had access but no access.in the app. Thus, making this app, stupid. Please fix!

The company in question uses questionably fraudulent and predatory sales tactics making false promises of savings. If one of their sales people comes to your door I would suggest tearing up their partially filled contract to shreds in front of them.
