EXIDE CARE: BATTERIES & HELP

When I downloaded it works fine, but after some time when I tried to open the app I got every time blank screen... Unable to use the app if got in emergencies. So guys save customer care number Totally a wastage of data

App gives white screen. Bad service. Battery replacement time breached. 17 days over, recieved no battery. Always saying out of stock. When will it come god knows. Worst experience from exide.

Nonsense app. Does'nt work on my oneplus3. Only blank screen.

The app doesn't open. Freshly installed and after initial splash screen, it goes blank.

It's Good That we have a app for problems but it's of no use if we get a White Blank Screen please take necessary actions.

नमस्कार सर ,         मैने  21-10-2016  को Exide DBIO-12BI5LB   serial number -  M2H6M211230 खरीदी थी, सही न चलने के कारण  07-07-2017 को कंपनी में कंपलेंट की थी,  12-07-2017 बैटरी कंपनी में चली गई थी1  लेकिन बैटरी आज दिनांक 17-08-2017 तक भी नही प्राप्त हुई है1      1. मुझे मेरी बैटरी क्यों नहीं मिल रही है ?     २. क्या मुझे मेरी बैटरी वापस मिलेगी, और कब      तक?

Your app always looks to find the location but never seems to end even though I have my GPS on and have 4G network... Can you please check and advise on the same... Also I did tried to register through website but it's asking HUPs and saying the serial number is wrong... Kindly help

Trying to register for past 2 hours as i have purchased new battery and has to be registered online for valid warranty. Have reinstalled app twice. But app stops responding and entire page comes blank. Worst app experienced till now.

Hi Exide Team, I have raised two complaint's for my Inverter battery problem. One complaint attended by technician no action or work done and close the complaint. 2nd complaint closed without attending. I am really disappointed the way service you offer. Never recommend anyone to go with Exide. Very unprofessional way of dealing.

Dear team, I have wasted my time and energy to install your application, but in short you made me chitiya. Please fix this application asap, it just shows me white screen for 30 minutes

Very bad services.i was trying to claim my dead battery.i called customer care,they told me you have 18 month guarantee and gave address of service centre. (Maharashtra Mumbai kalyan) At centre owner told me you have only 1 year guarantee and your car can not claim because of commercial vehicle.(yellow number plate) Finaly i buy another brand (amron) at very cheap price and get 24+24 month guarantee (No hidden condition)

A badly designed and equally badly maintained by your people. To all the complaints they have a stock reply which is posted in response. This clearly shows the apathy they have for their valued customers. Wake up or you will cease to be a market leader with that kind of bad publicity.

Worst service provided by a company. Pathetic customer support. Would rather opt for a local battery from next time rather than using exide batteries.

Useless app, and extremely poor service. No matter how many times you register your battery, when you call the Exide customer service, they still have no clue, and just ask you to go to the dealer from where you purchased. The app does zilch.

I am exide dealer since 2000 mai kai baar complaint kr chuka huu area manager se but 2 mahine se service er.nhi aaya batteries rakhi hai claim 5 but koi bi er.abhi tk aaya

Worst service and app I have ever faced. Called for nearly 15 times . Cudnt provide service for last 1 month. I lodged complain on 7th June and till today I didn't get service nor did they try to help.

I have registered a complaint on 27th June, 2017 for battery issues. But still the complaint is not solved. No one visited my residence. The complaint number: EWBA00013488V217
